Things that don't really matter to most people I will spend a lot of time when it's not really needed. I think it's because my line of work is all about tight tolerances.

Photos go a long way. I send them text with a photo. They say either good or bad there and it prevents this. I send an invoice then. I never bill monthly for this reason.
DeWalt also makes a nice battery powered compressor No tweels for me. I can but a lot of tires for $1200. Plus, I'd lose 1/2" of cut height on my grandstands

Got 12 clients and there all bi weekly. Alot of people don't want to do weekly even tho it would be a lot easier to maintain it.
Not only that but weekly is better for the grass also so don’t be afraid to let them know that.

I have 24 clients. Only 3 have requested to be billed monthly. All others are billed after each service and pay after each service.
