Yo, Nick! This is QUALITY content. The production is perfect, I like that it’s not OVERLY edited and produced and still retains a very authentic feel to it. The behind the scenes shots in the kitchen showing meal prep and then the training and talking us through it. This is what a lot of us have been looking for. I been busting my ass to put on major muscle by being strict with my diet and training am half way there but not as good as you but I training since I was 15 every day before work I inspired to be on stage next to u or at least mr olympia classic physic. Even though my mindset is bigger stronger I am working what God gave me .keep up the great work u really the best body builder today .

Damn, that's some serious synchronicity. Are you getting ripped too? I wanna get ripped like Nick. I'm 62 and training hard. Have to go light due to frozen shoulders and bad knees. Mac and Cheese packs muscle on me and keeps me lean. I had four boxes yesterday and it really adds muscle. I use cocoanut almond milk and butter. I also eat a lot of peanut butter and honey sandwiches and that fills you out. The only real supp I take is protein bought at Wal Mart. I think I would get better results taking quality supps, but the amount of research on which brands to use is overwhelming. I need help in this area so I can take things to the next level and on my 70th birthday enter a local meet just for the fun of it. I've given myself 8 years to bulk up before dieting down to contest level. My calves are 19" and already ready, but the rear of the body has to catch up. Frozen shoulder is a huge barrier but I'm training around it and doing stretching exercises to loosen that scar tissue up so I can become more flexible.
Stay strong my friend. And never skip leg day.
