In mid 2023 Andre left White & Co after just 9 months, to work for Standpoint Real Estate. He is no longer selling nor renting properties but giving advice to junior agents in his new workplace.
Interesting stuff hearing the ins and outs of how the industry works, the main thing I learn from observing him is how sharp he is: mentally, presentation wise and in the way he speaks everything is quick and articulated concisely for maximum efficiency. It all comes down to energy brother and one thing the successful people all have in common is they are high energy - health and retain that life force, game changer

Andre is smooth and articulate, clearly a winner. His advice to know your product inside out is a good one… I think that will be the key to your success… get out and about with your beautiful girlfriend and find out all the good and bad things about the places you are promoting… one of your many great traits is your honesty… the other is your likability. Couple that with sound knowledge and the locals will be buying sand from you!!

You have so much drive you will be successful. Im not patronising but purely an observation. I only know what I see on your videos and as you say, you cant film calls which is fair enough. From what I see though you have an unbelievable drive but you dont come across as confident. You are in Dubai, start of a new career, great Mrs. Be confident in yourself, you are doing well. If you dont come across as confident how can people your are selling to be confident in you and what you are selling? Shoulders up, chest out. A good tip I learnt is when you are on the phone stand up. You will be surprised how this helps. But above all be confident and the results will come. Next week you will get your first deal.

@@ZacJonesCZcams You will figure it out for sure. Look at what you have achieved. Believe in yourself and be confident mate. You will have that first deal very soon.
You can make videos that feed into your current role at White & Co(so that time spent making videos is beneficial). For eg. Andre's advice about doing your research on the Towers in a particular area. You can profile the big Towers and give subscribers an overview of them. Obviously your research will be more intensive for your clients.

I really enjoy your videos and love to see how you're getting on in Dubai but a word of warning. A job which doesn't pay aside from commission is very expolitative. It means that the company only has to pay you if you bring them revenue. They are taking advantage of your hustler mindset. I know you don't want to hear this, but this is not a normal job and would be illegal in many countries. You should be paid for the work you do for the company no matter what the result of that work is. I urge you to reconsider this. It is essentially corporate slavery and they are hiding it, via motivational speakers and glamorous offices, in order to exploit you.
There are people in that office making serious money it’s not just a load of people there working with no results!
I think deep down you have to think, is this worth the stress of not knowing if next week will I be able to afford bills, food etc. You seem unhappy 😢
