Visa Dubai. How to open a visa via the company set up in UAE.
In this video, I met with my friend Marsel who is Head of Corporate Services in Garant Business Consultancy.
We discussed an option of obtaining a residency visa in UAE through a company set up.
A quick review of the video:
You can open a company in different Emirates, it doesn't have to be Dubai.
There are different fees in different Emirates.
Price starts from 11,000 USD for a set up and 6,000 for renewal.
When you have a company you can open as well a commercial bank account and you can open visas to the third parties.

Great review: one question: if I own two property for a total of 1 million, can I get a residency visa. Another question is it still 2 years or it became 3 years?

Could you please clarify the 10 years investor visa is not validated yet? So as property investor gets twos years and renew based on certain conditions met? Thank you

10 years is valid already, but it has different criteria. an investor should invest more than 5m AED in a property.
If it's 1m you can get a visa for 2 years and renew it later on.
