What about buying a shelf company in DXB with an operative bank account? Is it worth, for the sake of expediting things, or there is no difference at all?
In order to get residency by the real estate investment option, do you have to proof you earn a certain monthly salary for being accepted ? If yes, can this monthly salary be processing from the rents you plan to get from the real estate you are purchasing ? Otherwise, can you simply deposit some money in an UAE bank account to proof you can sustain yourself for more or less 3 years ?
Furthermore if doing so, can you legally work as a digital nomad / online business without creating a freezone company, and pay no tax as long as you sell your services to citizens out of the UAE ?
Those are matters I have difficulties to find a clear answer. Thank you for support.

How is it if you Employe yourself in your freezone Company, or your Friend. Do you need to pay yourself a Salery wich means you are sending money to the private bank account. How many days pf physical presence in Dubai is required per year during the 3 year residence permit, in order for it to be renewed again?
The only requirement is for you not to never leave UAE for more than 180 consecutive days. So you can even spend a few days annually over a couple of trips to Dubai. It's enough not to lose the resisence and renew it successfully. But if you want to be a tax resident it's a different story.

U have to start mainland company for that
Any business dealings with any person / business in Dubai will require a mainland company. 9% corporate tax currently. However I’ve read the write off capabilities are endless. Even a sports car would be a legal write off. From what I’ve heard. Or a home for instance.
