Sorry I just rewatched the video and you said campanelle pasta. So no need to answer my question. Sorry about that. đ
I believe you said it originally called for Capellini pasta. Did the original recipe call for ounces using the capellini pasta? You measured the bow tie in cups, but capellini is long strands of course. Are you supposed to break them up or did it give you ounces to use?
