- The man on a mission - no, we're not talking about Eliud Kipchoge, but the legendary Bottle Claus. Watch the whole story with exclusive new footage!
Bottle Claus already handed the water bottles to the champion during Kipchoge's first world record in 2018 and was of course there again in 2022, when Eliud broke his own record once again.
This time, he even had the opportunity to personally pick up the returning world record holder and his team from the airport.
Of course, Bottle Claus gave all he got again this year.
Maybe he was the key to victory ;)

Claus-Henning was an outstanding triathlete himself. As an amateur, he qualified frequently for the Ironman Hawaii which is the world championship of long distance triathlon. And that’s where his dedication comes from.

" Even though he usually refers to training, as he says, "You cannot train alone and expect to run a fast time," such teamwork in his life and performances also extends to coaching, management, sponsorship, family, and even the bottle handler. What's not known to many is that Bottle Klaus is actually a former endurance athlete as well. A good one at that. A triathlete that has completed multiple ironmans. Crazy how there are still some haters to this wonderful human being, saying that he is doping
