So delicious! I would eat this meat every day if someone would cook it for me

This recipe for delicious meat soaked in rosemary-garlic stuffing will not leave anyone indifferent. So tasty, like in a restaurant. Ingredients and preparation:
About 1 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
80ml olive oil, pour into a cold pan
½ tsp chili flakes
Peel of 1 lemon
8-10 garlic cloves
Fresh rosemary (1 tsp chopped rosemary)
100 g pancetta or bacon
Bacon (8-12 strips)
Add 1 teaspoon honey to the remaining garlic oil
potatoes
3 tsp garlic oil
Salt
Garlic powder
Fresh rosemary
Black pepper
A few lemon slices
Incredible taste! Rosemary, garlic and lemon!

This will be a great recipe for my mother to try because she wanted to cook a different dish for our farm workers aside from the usual stew/soup she would prepare. This will truly be a new and tasty dish they will love. She usually do not store flavored cooking oil but ever since she tried some dish prepared with flavored cooking oil she began storing and making some. This dish will enable her to prepare the pork loin she was wondering how to prepare while adding bacon from our favorite local bacon maker.
