I had similar experience with Red Tobacco....it went from "WTF is this? What the hell is everybody talking about?"over "it is not that bad" all the way to "Man! I absolutely love this one" :) Highly recommend to at least sample it (keep the sample for a while and then give it another shot)
Totally agree. Almost everyone that I’ve witness smell it for the first time has pulled a face of disgust. Yet an hour later they are asking what you are wearing because it smells so nice.

I really love it and was love at first sniff. I do actually think the opening and the beginning of the dry down reminds me a lot of Costume National Soul.

This is a banger and the first mancera I ever had a whiff of... I gotta say that I tried rouge smoking by BDK parfums for its cherry note and prefer that and tobacco vanille over this.... I hope that you review the new one by Montale called Wood on fire... Great video man 👌 👍
I agree on the first shot of the atomizer it smacks you in the nostrils, shocker for the first timers. Reminds me of VIX Vapor Rub....Then once it relaxes, it rocks. Many compliments too. Good Bang for the Buck👏👏✨✨✨✨

Well said. It's the H-bomb counterpart to the designer firecracker. The ultimate test for anosmia. Or death. 🤣 A 60 mL will probably be good for several incarnations. So a little goes a long way. A km actually. But a great scent nonetheless. Since Mancera just released Cedrat Boise Intense, can you imagine if they released an Intense version of this one? Wowwwy. I'll be shopping for a bunker.
It would probably come with a free gas mask. You’ve got to tip your cap to Mancera/MONTALE. They do know how to produce fragrances that perform. 👍

@@Wesujin Oh I know it now. I have two bottles from 2019 and I'm probably going to die with the second bottle. I'm only halfway through the first bottle after going overboard for a few months. Now I just wear 4 sprays and it's more than enough to last all day.

2 full sprays lf Red tobacco is more than enough to smell for 12 hours😅it gets to the point you want to get a shower to get the smell off the skin. I love this scent, it's sexy, masculine, sophisticated and unique. One of my best fragrance in my collection, if not the best.

Agreed, Naxos is one of those "I've never smelled anything like this" scents. Absolutely gorgeous. Sheer quality, and the presentation is just off the charts.

It had been silently reformulated since early 2021. Now has a light yellow juice and not as intense as before. Don't be deceived!
I heard the opening is not as harsh as it used to be, but what about the performance?
@@maxuelrodriguez2132 it still lasts long, maybe 10 hours, but the drydown is much more mellow than it used to be.
@@unknownbutknown6814 the discovery set I got was from that year, it was stronger than what I have now and the juice was dark amber.

Im guessing the best way to tell if your completely new to this fragrance is to look at the colour of the juice. Iv just ordered a bottle an that's the first thing I'm going to do as iv never smelt it before an only ordered it because of its beast mode projection. Iv only just seen these comments talking about the re formation issues ffs. I definitely should have do more research as if I'd have known this 2 days ago I wouldn't have risked it
