      Hi, both NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) and NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) are what's referred to as NAD boosters. They are molecules (supplements) that are believed to help raise NAD+ levels in the body. Here's a video that may help: czcams.com/video/CI17vHAXOh8/video.html
