    I discontinued NMN. I expect Sinclair to ignore breaking news on L-Ergothioneine because he can't profit on it. Maybe add proline, lysine and glucosamine.

    Dont you get enough glycine in your collagen to go with your Nac?..Also would TMG work like Glycine with NAC?...
    ...doesnt the Leucine scare you away from Whey Protien?...And isn't Leucine in creatine?

    I discussed my supplement stack with my oncologist when starting treatment for breast cancer. He didn’t know much about the supplements I was taking.

      I bet that was frustrating. I imagine doctors don't spend much time researching supplements but you never know when something will stand out to them that might pertain specifically to your own issues.

    What blood tests and what measurements are you planning to do and repeat? How frequently do you plan on having your blood tested? The normal lipid blood panel is what I have had annually as part of my yearly wellness evaluation. My employer participates in the Bravo Wellness Program and provide cost savings for enrolling in HMO or PPO insurance. Often, the typical lipid panel will cover a range of key indicators, but it does not include every type of blood component. Suggestions?

    i suggest lithium, and spermidine. fulvic minerals. my stack is considerably bigger, more amino acids, fulvic minerals, niacin(as an experiment instead of MNM) seems to have a positive effect on my arthritis . I tried the Sirt6 activator, didn't fit my budget or have noticeable affect. thanks for sharing , I have the same basic stack as you, about one year on the full stack and I'm feeling 10 years younger, look it too.

      Spermidine supplements have not shown to increase blood levels. Get spermidine from food instead.

      NMN is a bit of a scan. Take the flush version of niacin instead.

      Why lithium? What dose? I think you ve covered all minerals needed by taking fulvic and humic?

    • @atitslan4776
      @atitslan4776 Před měsĂcem +3

      Exactly l! Nmn waste of money. Niacin all the way! Bought a bottle of lithium chloride and taking 35mg a day (tastes like I am licking a battery). Is that enough to charge my battery? And instead of tmg, just eat some beats and stay away from the contaminated fish and go right to the algae source!

      I skip the dead animal products. Go right to the fermented amino acids like proline n glycine n HA instead of collagen. This guy looks pretty good though for 75😅. Do not age a rip off price-wise

    Any result of omitting NMN based on blood test yet? Thank you

    • @JTJaredTaylor
      @JTJaredTaylor  Před 18 dny

      Not yet. I need to do blood tests specifically for NMN in isolation as well as another longevity blood test. Which my budget would allow for testing more frequently.

    Micro multivitamin from Dr. stanfield is a good one to try.

    • @JacquesTreehorn
      @JacquesTreehorn Před měsĂcem +1

      You can do it cheaper with a B complex and a trace complex and separate out the TMG. I tried Stanfield's mix. It is great, but for me I could not break it out of it's bottle in a weekly stack because the TMG takes on water and the pill starts falling apart in about 4 or 5 days. It is a good blend, but for me I did the same thing cheaper. I have no beefs with the Dr. I enjoy his work and have learned a lot.

      good info, thanks for sharing! Plus Micro Vitamin is 5 capsules daily. Which isn’t a huge deal since it replaces many other types of supps we would normally take separately.
