This time round I don't completely agree with you Bri on the Eve performance. On YWY2 the Eve was performed and I he girls there played with dominance and sexuality making them powerful and attractive.
I had too high expectations

I thought the Eve group totally nailed it in the spirit of the original and it was my personal favorite too I think. I had high expectations I just wasn’t expecting high concept only a powerful magnetic performance which I got in spades!
lets be honest, if bahiyyih wasnt kais sister she wouldnt be getting many votes. yea shes talented but she doesnt stand out. maybe bc of the lack of screen time idk but she just doesnt rly make a strong impression yk?

Anyway, someone from K-BUZZ commented something like how is Yujin different from Bahiyyih and they're just the same coz they fame etc. I, for one replied that they're different. As our further convo with op, it's ironic how he/she wrote "its their fault for not being up to bar" [supposedly par*] (talking about the other girls in the show) when clearly the topic is about fame, popularity etc. (clearly when that certain girl is not popular, how can she gained votes from the netizens?) I pity for the other girls, imagine someone writing "IT'S THEIR FAULT THEY'RE NOT FAMOUS" yet "It's not Bahiyyih's fault for being popular" like whuttt 👁👄👁 we actually fought to the point where he/she calls me "having low IQ coz I don't get the sarcasm."

i kind of understand why dayeon brought up her grievances in front of the judges instead of the team. seeing how the vast majority of the team actually wanted to redo the parts but also didn't feel comfortable bringing it up, shows how they reallyyyy weren't working together and that there was probably a lot of intimidation going on, whether intentional or not. so telling the judges probably seemed to dayeon to be the only plausible option, and it was honestly brave of her. i know it was a terrible move in terms of teamwork, but there was terrible teamwork in the first place.
She did ask the leader if she was able to try out every part. But was denied. That is why she spoke out to the mentors.💁🏼♀️

I totally agree with this. Fu Ya Ning is not a great leader and there’s only one chance to try parts. And since Dayeon was dismissed from trying other parts, she had to turn to the mentors. Even though the members felt like she should have consulted with them first, would they back her up against Fu Ya Ning? And lastly due to Dayeon’s courage, MAJORITY of the members wanted another parts (duh).
And in this episode i think they really cut out the bad teamwork that they had because the previous previews had shown glimpses of their terrible teamwork.

i have to agree with some of the knetz's comments on bahiyyih. i love the way she dances and how she looks confident with how she performs specially with fiesta. however, a lot of these contestants are definitely trying harder or something about them tells me that bahiyyih is not winning her spot because of her skills. I'm not criticizing bahiyyih's skills or anything about her, but there are obviously much more talented contestants that are not in the top 9 just because they don't have an insanely popular sibling.
This is why I hate the cell system. There are a lot of talented trainees that deserve so much but getting eliminated cus of the system. if you have someone popular in your cell it won’t be a problem cus she can carry the cell whether your cell mates are not that greatly talented. They could’ve done the votings individually and eliminate the lowest ranks from J, C, and K
Totally agree. Not to downplay her I thought in her first 2 performance she was just nervous but slowly I feel like other people deserve so much more most fans supporting her only because she's sister of TXT member

Tbh I'm a moa too. I admit bahiyyih is talented but not a top 9 material just YET. And it's not wrong for people to vote for her but i wish they vote because of her ability. I can't see she can debut in this show yet but I'm sure she will debut one day. Maybe if she stands out more in future episodes i will think she is good to be in top 9. Anyway that doesn't mean yall allowed to hate her. It's not her fault. Calling her ugly or talentless and mentioning her brother won't decrease the vote but will make a 17 years old girl stress which is very unmature and brainless of yall haters.

Pretty U team had an amazing performance. It really did remind me of an actual KPOP group. The teamwork, energy, charisma, just everything, wow!!! It really tied the entire episode together.

yes, xu ziyin IS popular, and it’s not a bad thing. she became one of the top 20 contestants in the final of youth with you two, specifically in the 17th place. she is known for having a very wide range of voice as she can do high notes, low notes, and even do opera. that’s the reason why SHE IS POPULAR. i literally don’t get it when someone shades ziyin because of her being just popular, because the thing is, she’s popular for a reason. she’s a talented woman that has many varieties.

Okay, Bahiyyih definitely is not the most talented trainee on the show. She might not even be within the top 10. But people are acting like she's not talented at all, I understand that the amount of votes she's getting is unfair, but she can't control it. And she has made improvements already, she will probably improve more as the show continues, all I'm saying is give her a chance to prove herself more before jumping on the Bahiyyih hate train

I don't think people really hate Bahiyyih tho. What are they have been displeasing is the "blind voting" due to her extensive exposure while in actuality she's average at most (which I'm pretty positive can be improved in the future).

honestly with only a year of training, i'm more interested in whether she'll improve with the right group and the coaches' feedback. maybe she'll even get a company offer out of it 🤷♀️
same thoughts, bahiyyih is good, no doubt.. considering she is an individual trainee but she is good already. but its no match with the other top trainees. good but not yet a top 9 material.
No wonder she feels discouraged. Had to compete against a stronger team, wasn't selected by others, had a extremely difficult song to cover.
She did great, but still no stand out in the competition :(

@@alexiskai9336 This is why I have a love hate relationship with these shows. Like it or not people have advantages over others & trainees aren’t all at the same level. Like how is it fair for a girl with no proper training or a company to compete against an idol who already debuted & has had years of experience. Its just the way it is. I would like to think that this show is for trainees to grow & improve but some are obviously already at their peak. Just the way it is these shows will always cause mixed opinions. Maybe they need to develop shows that are catered specifically to skill level
I'm glad Dayeon spoke up in front of the judges because they deserved to be embarrassed honestly. You know for a fact that if she tried to speak up again in private they would've found her annoying and shut her out despite the fact that she created the team in the first place.
I agree with you, she DID try to talk to Fu Ning and was shut down. Idk who made Fu the queen of 999 but she didnt need to lay down that arbitrary rule of 1 try per person
I don't agree with you. Dayeon just said that she wants another chance and Fu yaning said everyone will get just one chance, obviously to which Dayeon disagreed but she remained silent. Its not others fault if she didn't argued about it. She just started crying and then said it in front if judges instead of talking with members. She was wrong here. Jyst taje example of Kim Chahyun in Yes or yes team. She said to her leader then Jiwon said but then Chaehyun argued by calmly putting her thoughts infront of them, explaining what she thinks. And then everyone understood and agreed to her.
Secondly, after Dayeon argument infront of judges they talked and changed the parts but then what happened, problem was still the same in team as before. She was just thinking about herself which is okay in competition but don't become a crybaby instead of putting ur thoughts clearly. Fu yaning is getting unnecessary hate here, she did gud job as leader bcs not just Dayeon but everyone got same chance in team.

I agree with the judges, the Avengers team that performed EXO's song just lacked something. They weren't bad but compared to the other 2 groups they didn't shine.
Yeah, I also agree with their opinion... because the girls can look cool without trying too hard on their expressions. Ezaki really did a great job and she's not exaggerating her expressions...

i agree it was so hard to not cringe at the exaggerated facial expressions by some of the girls. even tho it's good to be expressive in the face and show emotion, overdoing it is just distracting. hope they all took the advice of the judges and improve as the show goes on tho theyre all massively talented.

Idk I feel like people are being too harsh on the kids, ik it's a survival show and all but I've seen alot of people call people call Bahiyyih ugly, unimpressive, etc. People take this wayyyyyy too seriously
i totally agree, but 1 thing is that it’ll decide the girls’ future whether or not they’d be popular, so that’s another point to think of when it comes to the “seriousness”

I think the eve has this ephemeral felling to the song and the problem was that everyone tried to perform like Kai acting strong so they had too many Kai in the group. They had to control their power more and I think Hikaru was able to capture that feeling the best.
Yall can we pls remember that Bahiyyih is a trainee that came to gp999 under no company? She didn‘t get the professional training that some of the other trainees get and she is one of the contestants that has by far the most potential to grow during her journey. Look at some of the other girls from Mnet survival shows: Sohye, Hyewon, Sakura etc; all of them were being hated on for „not being talented“, look at them now. Sakura is signed under the biggest kpop company ever, Hyewon and Sohye were among the most popular members of each respective groups and they did great! + we need to remember that 1. this is not the final lineup and by the end of the show all of them will have learned so much and 2. Bahiyyih is 16 y/o. Shes young, she has so much room to grow and improve, yall need to give her a chance. Don‘t write her off as „the sister of Huening Kai from Txt“. Shes her own person and she should at least get to prove to us that she does have talent.
Also I find it ridiculous that some of you are comparing her and other undebuted trainees in gp999 with already long debuted girls or with the girls that have a history of survival shows/more experience. Its a given that Su ruiqi, Xiaoting, Dayeon, Doah, Xiyin, Yujin, Bora and Yeseo will stand out. They already went through multiple Survival shows or are already debuted. Stop comparing TRAINEES to full blown idols. Ruiqi almost debuted in one of chinas biggest girl groups. She placed in the Top15 of Chuang2020 and Xiaoting participated in both Ywy2 and Chuang2020. Theres so many Chinese trainees on gp999 that have been on either of those survival programs they are PRONE to have more experience. Let bahiyyih proof herself

Bora isn't a great vocalist either but she is a great singer, and i really can't imagine if they sending Bora and the other singers home the vocal would be so messy definitely.
People need to be more considerate when they’re voting. I highly doubt Bahhiyih would be happy knowing she made it into the debuting group because of who her brother is. She seems like the type who wants to be liked based on her own merits. But since voting at this point is closed. Her fate is already sealed. What happens now is that she needs to show the rest of us who are hesitant about her, why she deserves to be at the top. Because at this point I haven’t seen anything about her that would warrant praise. She’s not bad, but she’s not great also. I’m just not moved. But now she’s been voted to the top. I’m sure she’s going to know that the only reason she’s there is because people love her brother. That’s fine, but now you’ve all added additional pressure to her already heavy load. Because now people like me who are unimpressed are going to critique her more. Either she’ll be able to rise and overcome and show people that she’s an idol to watch or not. Sink or swim babe.
Idk about others, I’ve seen people voting for her in cell only (to leave her in the show), choosing top9 from more skilled trainees.
But when in four episodes her brother had more screentime than her, a lot of people started to become angry, switching their top9 votings to make mnet show her more, at least during the announcement.

Agreed. As a little sister to a successful older brother, it's really draining always being associated with him. Good or bad, people always used to form their opinions of me based on him in school. Judge her for her own talents, she's her own person.

Please know that a lot of people vote for HER, not her brother. I have seen a lot of comments from people from other fandoms than MOA that support her. Most know her because of her tiktoks, so she created her own fanbase already before the show.

I think bahiyyih don't deserve to rank that high. She has skills but lack presence and charisma. But that doesn't mean she is working less hard or is less desperate to debut compared to other contestants. She's definitely working hard as well. Just because she doesn't have much screen time and yall can't she her practicing much doesn't mean she's not qualified to debut. Each contestant lack in something and she happens to lack in showing charisma. And she might learn while she's in the show. Her live vocals are quite stable. I agree that she should not rank so high but don't judge her hard work and desperate(ness) by what you see on the screen.
honestly with the eve's facial expressions it seemed like dayeon overdid it a little while fu yaning had some moments where she looked fine but once she does those "fierce" expressions she looks like she's some 7th grader student who accidentally got bumped by a senior and wants to make a fuss out of it, su ruiqi seemed fine to me though. my fave performance is ssfwl and pretty u for this mission, the svt team really showcased the energy and vibe of pretty u while ssfwl is just magical.
Also, I agree with most of the critiques on Red Moon's The Eve - the main thing was that they were too competitive and focused on themselves. The technical performance was great! But the teamwork sucked and it showed, and it dragged them down in terms of chemistry, which is something that you don't really notice until it's not there. Beautiful vocals but lacklustre team energy.

I honestly feel bad for Bahiyyih. If she does end up in the final line up, she’ll literally be the most hated member in the group. People will call her out that she only made it because she has a famous brother, which is sadly true, but at the same time it’s not her fault.

Bahiyyih seems very sweet and is a stable vocalist but I really for the life of me cannot see a good reason for her popularity beyond her being related to Huening Kai. There are so many more unknown contestants who are more talented dance and vocal wise, and she just isn't standing out as much for me personally. Obviously people can support who they want but propelling someone to the top group who shouldn't be there because of a famous sibling is a shame and is taking that spot away from someone with a little more star power and talent.
I mean these shows are literally popularity contests so what did you expect... I think she's really talented considering she's not as seasoned as the other contestants on the show... I agree she's not top 9 material but I will still vote for her because I want to see what's she's got to offer... Obviously being Kai's sister is just the cherry on top to her popularity and she can't control that... However, ppl should stop hating on her because it's very disturbing to see this happen to a minor, she did nothing wrong... It's still too early to for me to make any indepth analysis I mean we literally have like 8 weeks left.... Whatever this is getting extremely long but my point is that popular trainees will obviously stay in the game much longer and I don't think ppl will give any trainees pity votes even if they're more talented...ppl will vote for whoever they like and that's just a fact

What You Dayeon did was really brave, her team was completely ignoring her so she did what she had to do. And her team members should be grateful she spoke bcs they basically all wanted to change their parts but they acted like what you dayeon did was surprising 🤨

The mic drop team really improved but I feel the whole concept wasn’t for them the energy was weak compared to the original version

Overall, I think the episode was solid and my top 9 did well. I will say that I don’t think You Dayeon was being a snitch, just that Fu Ya Ning wasn’t a great leader since Dayeon did mention to her that she wanted to try out for another part but only got one chance. Dayeon had a whole mental breakdown about it and the other girls just shrugged it off. I’m glad that the judges asked them if they got the parts they wanted and she had the courage to speak up about it. At the end of the day, almost everyone switched parts so clearly people must’ve felt the same as her but decided to settle with what FYN gave them. If the judges didn’t ask them about their parts, Dayeon would’ve most likely not have said anything.
With the Eve performance in general, they performed well but personally it was boring. Shana and Dayeon’s vocals were amazing but other than that it was lackluster considering that majority of the “aces” were on this team. I also agree with Sunmi when she said that Dayeon, Fyn, and Su Ruiqi’s facials were too much. To me, they were being too aggressive for such a song like the eve.
Im also pretty happy that the pretty u team won! They’re energy and teamwork were amazing though I did feel bad for the girl that had to switch with Myah. She took that in stride though because she knew that it would benefit the team and because of her sacrifice they ended up winning. I can’t wait to see next episode because I’m very curious about who stays.

Yea but in this case FYN was right as it wouldn't be fair to the other members if Dayeon got another part. And it's also not FYN's fault that Dayeon wanted to change parts. FYN didn't know that half the members wanted to change their parts. She isn't a mind reader and if they wanted to change her parts they should have told her. I agree what FYN did to Yujin was bad but that doesn't mean you hate her for something she didn't do.

Just like how in the produce series first the girls tried out the center position then main vocal and other vocal parts. So if they didn’t get main vocal, they could try out for another like sub vocal part. Also overall I don’t think FYN was being a great leader especially after her comment on how she’s not a mind reader. The leaders of other teams aren’t mind readers either but they’re able to bring them all together and try to make people happy so that the group does better overall. It just didn’t seem like she was that kind of leader which is what all kpop groups have.
I'll say it this way, tons of ppl are saying that HB doesn't deserve that number of votes and it's just cause of TXT and I mean I have here some thoughts:
1st it's not this girl's fault to have a famous brother and she shouldn't give her dreams up cause of that.
2nd haven't u seen how many views TXT's solo latest fancams have vs what HB just achieved.
3rd it's not like the girl isn't talented at all, specially considering she isn't trained by company.

here's my take on exo team's 'the eve'; the overall performance is good. everyone did their part and smashed the performance, but i agree with the judges when they said that they performed too strong. i feel like they really lacked the sensuality in the song. anyways, still happy that it introduced me to the gem that is shana. her vocals in this one really stood out for me, along with dayeon's.
The red outfits were made for that team, they worked it.
I agree with most of your points. As for Dayeaon case, I slightly disagree because when she voiced (at least from what they showed us) her opinion it was more about her not getting her part rather than keeping the harmony of the group/making the best performance. The distribution method was flawed and kinda an old-fashioned way like in the older produce 101 series but no one voiced their disagreement besides Dayeon so of course, the leader cannot change lines because one person disagrees.
Later, we found out many actually were unhappy about it but did not say anything (either because of language barrier or to avoid conflict, etc). So in my opinion it was everyone's fault for not communicating well and not being considerate of others (even the leader). I think Dayeon is also at fault for not thinking about convincing members before taking it to mentors because had she tried talking to them in a way like "I think we should have parts that compliment each other rather than parts we can do best in...etc." instead of crying when she did not get the part she wanted then it would have convinced the people, at least the majority, to redo because they go by VOTES.
She also made a comment about making a mistake and not realizing they were her enemies. Pretty shady attitude. I also didn't like the way she handled it. Imagine debuting and crying because you didn't get the part you wanted (apparently the best part)

My favorite connect performance was Team 1 Fiesta. I felt such strong energy throughout the entire performance that it felt as if I was watching Izone. Sakamoto Mashiro was incredible. I agree with your opinions on the other performances especially with Eve by Exo. The energy and charisma was off the charts and Shanna is a goddess and I hope she debuts!

I have to say something, the eve performance is good in execution and vocals but they lack of something, I when I saw the performance fu yaning and Su riqui actually overdo their expression. In Fu yaning case isn’t the first time that the judges actually told her of the expressions.

I feel like the planet masters are doing too much sometimes. From purposely excluding Dayeon from the top 9 FOR NO REASON, to the male vocal coach making disgusted facial expressions whenever someone messes up or doesn't sing well enough, to Sunmi straight up saying the Eve performance was "weird" when they did an excellent job. They need to do better at giving constructive criticism.
To be honest, with the level of skill required for BTS Mic drop and Exo The eve, it would have been fair only if they used Seventeen's Very nice ( which is a hard song to perform). The Pretty U team were very good but they obviously had more room to work on their expressions and delivery because the song is not that hard to perform. Otherwise they should have just used one song for all three groups. The EVS groups were pretty unbalanced from the start.
Pretty u isn’t as easy as you make it out to be, the high note in the bridge goes for more than 15s and it gets higher every time, the choreography is the most complicated out of the 3 and just like mic drop it need a lot of energy less it’s look terrible so overall i don’t think it’s easier just because it’s a bright concept and they’re girls :/

I don't think Pretty U is 'easy'on its own but compared to the other two songs it is 'comparatively' easy.. and I am only comparing because it's a competition. The other teams were compared while performing the same songs so they were at level but EVS teams not only used different songs for each one of them but also the song difficulty levels and genres were too different to be able to judge them on the same basis.
I have nothing against the Pretty U team or the song.. I am speaking out against the unfairness of the EVS as a competition route.
The judges critiques for The Eve were bull. As you said, EXO and specially this song has a lot of expresión in the face since the chorus is stationary so i was disappointed at the critiques. My favourite performance was yes or yes team 1 tho, they had everything, the eve a close second.

Honestly maybe it’s bias for this performance? While I understand where some parts were amazing I honestly found the performance lacking the team energy. It honestly felt they tried to one up each other to make themselves stand out…whereas to be consistent with their energy. Overall their performance was solid
I think the judges had some valid points, but as mentors, they should have stepped in to intervene and really give them the necessary help before their actual performance. The team that performed The Eve on Youth With You had very similar issues, but Lisa quickly identified those, showed them how to improve and explained the role of the center. She was strict as a mentor, but much more encouraging. This is why it's so important for them to have versatile and diverse mentors. As much as I respect the current panel on Girls Planet for their experience, you need an idol like Lisa, who is a professional dancer in her own right and who is in a group that actually does the whole badass / girl crush concept to show these girls how to execute that style. On top of that, she is an all-rounder who can also sing and rap, in different languages at that! And as much as I love Sunmi and Tiffany, Lisa is technically more experienced as a mentor since she has done it twice now. She would've also helped to bridge the cultural differences between the girls since she's from Thailand, had to learn Korean and Japanese from scratch, and mentored on a Chinese survival programme. She would've understood them better. I'm not saying the other judges/mentors shouldn't be there, but they should've also added a female idol with that kind of experience and vibe to diversify the panel.

In the interim check the mentors could've easily stepped in and help resolve the issue instead of putting all the girls in a bad position that only kinda heightened the teamwork issues they had prior.

I felt the need to comment as someone who has You Dayeon as their first pick. First of all, I have to point out that Dayeon didn't bring it up with the judges unprompted! The mentors asked directly: is everyone happy with the parts that they got? And judging by Dayeon's reaction, you could see she was very hesitant to speak up. She had in fact brought it up before and was immediately shut down by FYN. As an introvert who has been in situations where I felt like the team leader was too intimidating for me to say a word, I wouldn't have spoken either, ngl! You could definitely see it wasn't easy for her to say something, especially when she'd already tried once. It was interesting to me that she was quite evil edited and had members say "She should've brought it up with the team" but then, when asked if anyone wanted to change parts, basically all of them did. So why didn't THEY speak up either? It's quite clear that they didn't feel comfortable, so it wasn't a problem with just Dayeon. At the end of the day, changing the parts saved the performance and made it the powerful moment it was, so what Dayeon did was actually necessary for things to work, otherwise everyone would've stayed quiet and uncomfortable. Having watched basically all her content out there and knowing she was the leader of a group whose members stay in contact and are close to this day despite having disbanded, I can say pretty confidently that she isn't the bratty girl mnet is trying to make her out to be.
I really don't get why people think she saying the truth was wrong or any childish, fyn is literally a bully, even the judges felt put down around her. It was obvious in the end Dayeon wasn't the only unhappy who wasn't being able for stand for herself.
being mad Bahiyyih ranking high to me doesn’t make sense. I agree that there are a lot of talented girls there but again she is only one vote and only one cell. All the other girls that will be eliminated couldn’t all take that one spot. It’s a matter of voting. I doubt she will debut with this group but hopefully she can in the future. And talented girls will probably get picked up by other companies.

My favorite performance would be the pretty u one, like myah really really catched my eye, she did a great job as a center and yunji made the right choice to give the killing part to myah cuz she just drags ppl in to watch the performance, you can really feel her stage presence and how she enjoys the song, the vocalists from that team really did a good job (especially yume, zige, & shiqi) it's sad that a lot of the girls will be removed tbh. My 2nd favorite would be yes or yes (jiwon's team) hyerim did a really really really good job, like if she gets eliminated istg that's one of gp999's biggest loses along with moana, in yes or yes the vocal parts were really pleasant to listen to, I started liking hyerim, moana, and chaehyun more, although chaehyun wasn't able to showcase her full vocal ability, I can tell she's a great vocalists cuz I've watched some of her song covers and her voice is soo angelic. Overall these performances we had rn are wayyyy better than episode 1's, I'm glad some are able to showcase a bit of their potential but I know they still have more to show and I'm looking forward to it.
I was sooo proud of xingqiao when I saw her improvement. Like girl really really worked hard and that's such a good thing to see, she didn't just cry about her mistakes all the time, sure she had some time to breakdown but nevertheless she improved herself and ended up giving us a great performance, the vocal team of fiesta team1 did a really good job, reina's voice is so powerful, sunwoo did a good job with the highnote, mashiro did a really good job as well so did the other girls.
Overall, I hope the chebul members don't get eliminated so soon, Bora is a literal queen, period. As much as it would be nice if they made the final lineup, it's okay if they didn't because all I really want for them is to get more recognition cause they really really deserve it.
As for bahiyyih, I do agree with some of the k-netz comments abt her, she's good and all but a lot of other girls are better than her not to insult her abilities or anything but imo, her skills alone aren't good enough for someone to debut, it would be nice if in this show she just showcases improvement and debuts in another group, one that is permanent. If bahiyyih steps up her game more then maybe my opinions would change. (although on fiesta she showcased some improvement but I'd like to see more from her than that)

I personally think Dayeon might not have wanted to bring it up to the judges but felt like there was no other option. Right before she told the judges, you could see her hesitating, even turning around to face the wall to consider whether she should say it or not.
When they first distributed the parts, Dayeon brought up her concerns but was instantly shut down by Fu Ya Ning.
Another instance of this was when Ya Ning played the age card when it came to choosing the leader. Dayeon said she wanted to be the leader as well but didn’t dare to say something because Ya Ning had pointed out that she was older when she was trying to get the role. Being older automatically gives her respect in their culture, because respecting people who are older than you is important there.
I feel like Ya Ning shut any criticism down instantly and it created an atmosphere where the other members were scared to mention their concerns. Multiple members said so after Dayeon had brought the problem up to the judges.
If there had been better teamwork before, Dayeon’s decision to bring a team-internal issue up to the judges would have been unfair, but considering that the members were only able to open up about their concerns after Dayeon kinda snitched on her team, I definitely understand where she was coming from and I think that she was the only one who was brave enough to take the heat and open up a conversation in her team.
It was just an unfortunate situation for everyone involved. :/
oh my god. i totally agree with your the eve comments. i might seem like a mad lady for commenting this everywhere but it's just so frustrating how everybody else were agreeing to what the judges said (about the expressions), it's nice to see someone who shares the same opinion as me.

Another thing I noticed was the judges said they thought the eve's performance on stage was worse than the rehearsal version or during the interim check. Wasn't the performance supposed to compare with other teams' performance, rather than the previous versions by themselves? My guess is since there are too many top members on this team, the judges wanted to give the double voting point opportunity to those in the weak position ranking. I am not saying Pretty U's performance is not good. To me, the eve's performance was perfect, and I totally agree with your points that their facial expression was on point.

All of yall going in on bahiyyih while having picks who had either been on survival shows before or already debuted is highly unfair. Her vocals and dancing is impressive despite her not being under any agency so she clearly has potential. The only thing she lacks is stage presence which usually comes with experience and performing on stage, something that she hasn’t been able to do unlike most contestants. At least give the girl some time on the show to improve. And yall talking about how unfair her popularity is with big3 idol pfps and picks with established fanbases is just funny.

Why isn’t anyone saying anything about miners extremely shady editing. They only focus and show the people they want and they edit the voices to make them better or worse depending on who they want in the final group and it’s so obvious even my non kpop listening or watching fiancé noticed it
I think what Sunmi is trying to say is that there's no need to push it over the edge, a slight change in facial expression will do for Yoo Dayeon, Ruiqi, and Yaning.

Bora shone in this episode as a leader and vocalist...i would've given her more of my votes if it aired sooner
I truly think that everyone has hope in Huening Bayihhiy and that the votes were from not just MOA. Bayihhiy is one of the most stable vocals in the competition which is very nice due to the fact that she has the littlest training period. People have hope of her excelling and want to keep her in the competition so that’s why she has high votes. Remember don’t hate the player hate the game. The show’s motto is “Who’s dream will you protect?” not “pick the talented and veteran trainees”. Everyone deserves a chance to shine. Don’t be picky and choosy about who deserves what.
P.S. Bayihhiy has gotten much screen time so she has gotten much of a chance to stand out from the rest. Everytime she is on screen however she is solid.

I'm proud of team 2 fiesta. They were the weakest group and I believe they did all they could. The cell system is that the strong ones can band together which means the weaker ones are left to fend for themselves. So the stronger are more strong together, and the weaker stand out as more weak together. Bahiyyih isn't that good but she's not bad either. I'm rooting for her. I hope she gets more chances.
I actually agreed with sunmi. those girls are just trying too hard. there's a fine line between being fierce and looking a fool.
