Hi brother.. I underwent a disc fusion surgery almost 2 years back.. before that I used to workout regularly and due to an unfortunate motor accident I underwent surgery for L2, L3 and L4 disc fusion.. screws and rods fixed.. now I'm back to workout again from past 8 months.. please advise what kind of workout I need to do for gain back my back strength and build again.. please make a weight training video for such people with this problem

Hello sir. I have a question. If could help me with some information. If I am hitting two muscle groups in a day for example Chest and triceps. Can I hit each muscle exercise on alternate basis. Like starting with Bench press followed by tricep push down, then incline bench press and then a tricep exercise and so on ?

Hi Gaurav, i have one stupid Question. in the video you were finding 10 Kg Plate and you have put one plate on one side and for the other side if you have put two different plates of 5+2.5+2.5 Kgs then does it feel same tension of the muscle or some cantilever force acts on the side where more no. of plates are present?

One question : Does taking creatine in the morning and drinking water the whole day in any way better than drinking water the whole day and taking creatine in the evening? (After workout in both cases)
I asked this because i workout in the evening and i take creatine after workout but what happens is I don't get enough time to drink 3-4 litters of water after coming back and i wake up dehydrated..
take creatine whenever you want, timing doesnt matter, intake matters. Also you dont necessarily need to drink 3-4 liters of water after coming from workout. Drink until you feel hydrated, also drink in small amounts. You can also mix it in protein shake if you want.

Sir u are the Reason of my fitness in my college everyone (girlz) call me beast beasty just because of my physique sir u just changed my lyf
But dont you think for those with much lesser muscle mass we should target for 3-4 sets for each exercise…you have so much muscle mass that two sets are enough to get hypertrophy…for me I dont feel my muscle fatigue till 3rd or 4th set
