In this update I attempt to fit a performance BTB 4 into 1 exhaust manifold. It's not often that a job beats me but this one pretty much did. I was feeling ill, sorry about the audio. I'm sure I will revisit this in the near future.

frustrating, even sat here of the sofa drinking tea and eating biscuits, I was wondering why I wasn't seeing you in your lovely new garage. After over 6 years without a garage after knocking the old one down I am finally getting close to getting a new one built.

As others have said you need a custom manifold...made to fit hey. Great video still, despite your frustrations

Keith, As you say the problem with fitting custom parts on a larger engine in a engine bay made a for a "A" series is not an easy task
But knowing you OCD or not and riding in Vini i‘m sure you will sort it out! When i looked at the engine bay in Vini i could‘nt believe how tight everything is in there lol. Cheers Dave

Sometimes you need to just walk away and the solution will come to you. Like Paul said what about an amendment to that last pipe to clear the mount

Make your own manifold or a bit of cutting and welding to that one ?? Im sure you’re not going to let it beat you ?? And if you want a hand give me a shout 👍
