    Mike was so good he would make fans our your team's announcers , your home crowd and all your homes. And to think, all these dunks he had on this video was against a ton of hall of famers. ...Barkley, Ewing, Mourning, Payton, Malone and more

    Lebron has absolutely no game outside of 3 feet from the rim he shoots less than 38% from the field away from the rim. LeBron fans are weird they have absolutely no idea how great MJ was he didn't have any weaknesses. 2 championships 2 finals MVPs 1 MVP 9 scoring titles 3 steals titles 4 All defensive 1st teams dpoy award this is what Jordan has over lebron an Jordan did this in far less time. Debate never existed.

    Just think that he still has the highest scoring average with FAR FEWER POINTS in that era’s games. His percentage of points to the entire is FAR HIGHER than total points now.

    You're totally right about Jordan adjusting his game as he got older. Still maxed out the stats lol.

    We must remember that today’s game has a lot of spacing that didn’t exist while hand checking did. Jordan was guarded by 2-3 players and even though young(er) NBA fans think MJ played a lot of scrubs, they just don’t know who many of the players were or don’t know how good/great a lot were. He played against many in the NBA’s Top 75 of all time and he’s #1. No one can match his will to win and drive (with Kobe right there). He was/is competitive to a fault at everything he does, not just basketball. There wasn’t any “load management.” They loved the game and he wanted to win no matter what. Yesterday on the “DreamersPro” podcast & CZcams video, the host aired audio of Kobe Bryant talking about how the game was being weakened and that today’s players are not being taught how to play the game correctly. It’s worth a listen. Steve Kerr just mentioned how Defense has been/is being stripped from the game and what a drag it is. We’ll never be able to compare everyone and MJ knew that as should all fans. They played different versions of the game with different rules. Those of us that watched MJ and other greats in person and every other game on TV see a clear difference. The game is sorely lacking without any significant Defense but that’s what Adam Silver/NBA believes fans want. It’s too bad in my view.

    He was getting slower, when he got older, but he was that good, that he was able to adjust his game to it, being more a shooter than driving to the hole every time. Even though, when he did it, he was still faster than most of the guys who defended him. Mike will forever be the GOAT. He was the most complete player, the most competitve, the most dominant on offence and defence. He could adjust his game to every style you tried defending him.

    Not only a quicker first step than Kobe, also the ability to hang in the air longer, a better midrange game & better passer.

    Someone asked why Jordan was feared. In the 80s, ESPN took off and everyone watched it just to see Jordan highlights. The infamous "highlight reel" was an embarrassing lowlight for a lot of NBA players.

    Yeah that's a crazy thought because Jordan in his 4th year won the MVP and defensive player of the year same season so young LeBron didn't come close to Jordan and Jordan rookie season he made the all-star team

    By Jordan's second year in the league he was being voted as the league MVP! However, they couldn't give it to him because he had only been there a year. Lebron couldn't cook Jordan at any point. YOu have a lot of Lebron Fans who are only his fans because it's popular to be Lebron fans. These people talking don't know anything about basketball nor have they played the game! They are fans of the Lebron media so they take to the media in Lebron's defense but they don't know anything about Jordan nor have they ever seen him play! Lebron, Kobe, Derrick Rose, Allen Iverson, DeWayne Wade, Kevin Durant and many more all grew up Idolizing and wanting to play the game "Like Mike" Nobody could cook Mike in hi first 4 years in the league, nobody wanted to guard him! With the advent of social media now anyone can say anything whether they were there or not, whether they watched a game or not! Lebron was a great player but he wasn't cooking anyone in the league during Jordan's first 5 years, nobody!

    You are high. If MJ wanted to be great from 3, that would have happened. It just didn't matter at that time. He showed what he could do from 3 in the finals against Portland -- when he chose to do so. Every time he had a perceived "weakness," he would master that on top of everything else. He wasn't thought to be the greatest shooter out of college, but you see what happened.

    So if you haven't reacted to this video -- it's hard to find but there was a video Jimmy Highroller did a long time ago and for some reason it was taken down -- not sure if he took it down, but it's a banger, but I've seen a lot of reacts to it that were all left up. Recently it was reposted on another account finally, mirrored, but it's called,
    That Time When A Non NBA Michael Jordan DESTROYED A Team of NBA All Stars
    So for anyone arguing how good a young MJ was? This is a great video to watch. This one is good because it has info in it that isn't in his highlights reels, isn't in the Last Dance, is hardly ever talked about, but is honestly probably a feat that we never saw before, and because of how the Olympics are now we will never ever see again -- a young college player leading a non-pro team to destroy some of the best in the NBA, and honestly I don't know why more people don't talk about this. I'm pretty sure that this is one of the biggest reasons why a lot of the NBA players were salty when he joined, haha. This Olympic team was quite possibly on par with a lot of the NBA level teams that have come later since they were able to beat the best in the NBA and had no problem snatching the gold against the fiercest. But they were a VERY unique amateur team with a very unique leader.

    The NBA and Jordan own all the footage in 4K. Most of these videos of Jordan are from fans who recorded from live TV on VHS tapes. The quality on VHS tapes gets worse overtime and when CZcams finally came out, the fans converted them to CZcams. The conversion process from television, to VHS tape, to CD, then to CZcams, degrades the quality a lot. It was not this blurry when we watched him in the 90's - the early 2000's.

    Jordan's first few years he took less than one three-point attempt per game and those were usually half court or 3/4 quart shots before people cared as much about their shooting percentage. Kobe was this talented and worked as hard as anybody but he also underperformed more than any player ever in the finals. He was in 7 finals series, four with unanimous team MVP Shaq in his prime and only once in those seven series did Kobe shoot over 43%. No other great player perform so poorly so often including a 6-24 In a game 7 versus the Celtics.

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 4 měsíci

      in that game 7 yes he shot terribly but he effected the game in other ways other than scoring,the nba greats would tell you that if you are having an off night then you have to find other ways to effect the game,the man had 15 rebounds and hit 11-15 freethrows

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 4 měsíci

      ALSO,pretty much everyone else except kevin garnett had an off night as well,
      paul pierce:5-15
      rajon rondo:6-13
      ray allen:3-14

    @NorthAveBeachBum Před 4 měsíci +1

    Jordan's not gonna adjust his game to shoot 3's. He's gonna continue to attack the basket, make the shot... and draw the foul, especially in this era of ticky tac foul calls. That's his game... 3-point plays, not 3-point shots. 3-point plays put defenders in foul trouble... and makes them change the way they play. 3-point shots decrease his efficiency... and makes him change his game.

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 4 měsíci

      he is going to shoot more threes though,i don’t think he is just going to keep playing the same game back then now,that wouldn’t be wise,there is way more spacing now then back then so that will give more opportunity for the shot as well as driving to the hole

  • @ajb7615
    @ajb7615 Před 4 měsíci

    The only things LeBron would've cooked were breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then he would've asked MJ what he wanted for dessert. These comparisons are absolutely absurd! At best, LeBrick is like an updated version of the great Karl Malone, but as a 3 instead of a 4. LeBrick is a better ball handler and passer, but Malone the better rebounder. But both rely/relied heavily on bulldozing their way to the hoop. Jordan was, quite frankly, on another level; better than everyone else before, during, and since. Period, paragraph, end of story!
