The most athletic player we've ever seen. I can't think of anyone else whos 99th percentile in every category. Quickness, acceleration, top speed, 1 foot jumping, 2 foot jumping, reflex's, energy, etc. His hand size was cheat code too. And then you throw in 99th percentile fundamentals and the best midrange shooter of all time. No one took more or made more at a higher percentage. Sucks not having watched him play live but at least we have these highlights to watch

At that time letting players finish at the rim, was like a goal line stance in football, every team had a rim protector, and Jordan dunked on all of them. Ewing, Mournin, Motumbo, Olajawon, guys took pride in not getting dunked on, and posterized. It was serious business.

I like how you got the clips from the jordan rules pistons team. That is what the jordan rules were 'put him on his ass before he could get airborne.' - as stated by rodman. Dennis, using exaggeration, said he was surprised Jordan made it out of those series alive. JMO but Bird was the GOAT and MJ was right up there. I have Bird #1 and MJ #2 all time. Jordan was great but lost to Bird twice in the playoffs. Once Bird retired MJ went on to win 6 champs I believe. MJ was a lot of fun to watch and was def greatness. I was always a Celts fan living in Boston but I was also a Jordan fan as it was hard not to be even if you didn't like the Bulls. He was named Air Jordan for a reason!
