Simple but effective as always. I can think of one relatively minor tweak you could add - a small post to lift the power cord up above the sparks - just extend the back post up further and add a small hook to hang the cable over. Have melted a few grinder cords in the past with heavy cutting work throwing sparks... easy enough to replace but even easier to avoid if I'd been paying attention in the first place

@@KwandoTechnic soy de argentina por eso escribo en español, una sujerencia: el tope pintado de color celeste que tambien se utiliza para cortar en angulo tendria que tener otra posicion del centro hacia el operador porque veo que la esquina de color naranja imposibilita realizar cortes mas largos, muy buena herramienta casera y muy diseño y explicacion, tank you, CONGRATULATIONS-Daniel

if you check out some of the videos in the past 2-3 months, I think he posted a link to the welder he's using in the descriptions. I can't remember which projects right now, but do remember following the link and being impressed at the low price of the unit. I think it was Banggood, but I'm not 100% certain.

Никогда так не делайте, если не хотите получить осколком диска в голову при заклинивании!
Видимо сначала надо чтобы прилетело в голову, что бы умудриться заклинить диск при такой конструкции. Работать с болгаркой в руках на порядок опаснее, а с диском по дереву вообще запрещено.
