He's getting multiple designs at the cost of 1. so he should stop acting like he's doing everyone a favor by letting us know he will pay the selected design when it is exploitative and unethical in its very core.
How so though? He's asking the general public to create packaging ideas for him which is the exact same as hiring a designer, he's not forcing anyone to. They can choose to submit their work, or not. I would take a huge pass on painted or anything made by James Charles. If I wanted to participate in his lazy marketing tactics. I would ask how much he is paying and if the payment is money or product. It looks like he is being lazy and wants great ideas for cheap. I am sure some of these people worked hard on these ideas and should be fairly compensated. We all know how shady the makeup industry can be. James Charles is certainly shady.

It's like older songs getting popular on there too, they've obviously already been around but not everyone knew about them until someone else shared it
