    Brother insight, I am so grateful to you and to everyone here that practices with each other. I feel my life transforming because of Qigong. One of these days I'm going to get a mobile home and I'm going to drive all the way to California to give you the biggest hug in the world for helping us achieve health, higher light vibrations, gratitude and most of all love.     I can’t tell you how much I appreciate these exercises. I use them while walking, in spare moments, while waiting for cooking to cook. At every moment of the day I use one exercise depending on where I am and what I’m doing! They’re so helpful and easy to do! I keep coming back to Week 2 as I want to memorise each exercise and I use them every day!
