I would like to call out a misconception about the term "Skinheads". Real Skinheads are a type of (usually "Straight Edge") Punks. The so-called "Nazi Skinheads" are rightfully referred to by the punk culture as "Boneheads."
If you would like a very hard hitting version of Skinheads, look up the history of "The Baldies" from Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Back in the 80's and 90's they made it their absolute mission to kick out all the Racist and Nazi Skinheads ("Boneheads") out of the Twin Cities. The Baldies were Anti-Fascist, Anti-Racist, Anti-All of that Bullshit. And we salute their memory up here.
Those of us who grew up in the metal/punk scene in the 80s and/or 90s know all about this. To those who didn't, it's well worth reading up on, it's a fascinating case of how subcultures begin, grow, fracture and evolve over time. An anthropology lesson with a killer soundtrack.

Yeah, and redneck used to refer to the red neck gained from work under the sun. Now it means MAGA shit bag. Language evolves and skinhead means racist now, regardless of where it started. I did appreciate the info though, definitely interesting. (Edited over spelling error)

I started turning grey in my very early 20s. Im a Veteran, Friends called me "Mr. Fantastic". I was completely Grey by 35. At least Im not fully balding... yet. im 49. lol
I'm 81 with a full head of hair that is streaked with grey hair, beard is mostly grey though. Genetics is a bitch.

I went from a few White Beard hairs 3 years ago to more than imm willing to count now at 43 but i look in my 20s still lol

I just turned 30 in May and I’m noticing some grays in my beard and on my head and I just pluck them for now but my girlfriend has said they make me look “distinguished” so I might keep em now. I don’t see ever dying my beard or hair but, no shade to those who do. You do you gentlemen. People say I look younger than I am, I think in a good way because people assume I’m in my early 20s so I’ll take it while I can.
I think Drew is lookin’ good with the buzzed hair and he seems like he’s staying in good shape. Good for you man
I think the whole discussion re: drinking, I think it comes down to "use the right tool for the job".
If you write better sober, then write sober. If you perform better with a couple drinks in yer belly, then have a couple drinks. "There's a time and a place", right? George Carlin used to write sober, then smoke a joint before reviewing his work. It was just part of the process. Not becoming a John Belushi isn't a matter of drinking or not, it's just a matter of knowing your limits.

Cory, the issue with drinking is that long term it causes dementia. It is horrible to lose your abilities to function. My bil was an amazing man. A functional drinker. Worked, dedicated, beloved. But it is progressive. By the time he retired, he was drinking from morning til bed. He hid it but his wife had to deal with it. He tried to stop but couldn't do it. He'd say he didn't drink but still did. Then about age 60 he started having trouble. He can't remember things from day to day. He can't even care for himself now. The time when he could have been enjoying his life and now he can't remember to shower. Please quit drinking while you can. Because if you continue, you won't be able to. If you want to prove you dont have alcohol use disorder, stop for 6 months.
Also you hit sober. You just think you hit more buzzed. But thats cuz you are buzzed.
Cory....you seem to have alcohol use disorder. If you want to be the best father you can be, stop before it progresses.

And when I say stop 6 months. That means zero alcohol. No light beers etc. Zero. See if its possible.
It is Alcohol Use Disorder, mild, moderate, severe. drop the 'alcoholic' 'alcoholism'. the medical community has because of all the baggage those words carry.

Hey guys, I think you are worried about shit that doesn't matter. Keep your bodies in as best condition as you can . You all look just fine in your face. Your protein strands( or lack there of )are gonna do what they do .Plastic surgery makes people look so weird .

58 yr old female...initially I covered the grey when my kids went to college b/c seeing my grey made me FEEL like I was old. I've since come to the point where I just don't give a fuck because I've adjusted to my life-stage.

Highly recommend factor. It's more than a grocery store tv dinner and less than a fast food meal or a chain retardant (granted it's a controlled serving not more than you need that they usually give you) and the ingredients are really high quality! Better than I've gotten in meal kit boxes (that are cheaper pretty meal but you have to cook them).

Hey guys, love the show! I just wanted to recommend to corey, there are mens hair systems that you can get that are real hair that look super real. I’m also losing my hair and have rocked the bald for many years, but I just wanted to try it so I bit the bullet and got a hair system. I found an old barber guy who cut it to the shape of my head and bald spot and bonded it to my scalp. It lasts about a month. I recommend!

People have always judged people by how they look. I'm older and when I talk to people I forget I'm old and my husband always laughs when I talk to young people like we are equal. My husband says that when they talk to me they see an old person. We have a good laugh. Yesterday we had our 48th wedding anniversary. Everyone matters. To bad it matters.

My ex used to dye his beard black and it did NOT hit as hard as when he'd let the salt and pepper show. Maybe it's because I'm over 40, but I find grays attractive. It's creepy when you can TELL a dude has dyed his beard (ex: Dan Schneider in 2024).
