Hey Ginger, thank you for your videos, awesome as always. I do have a couple questions though. You mentioned on the 9+ that the grip on the board was slippery, is this also a problem on the 10+? I'm having a hard time finding people who have ridden both the Vsett 9+/10+ and the Apollo ghost so my second question is which do you think is a better choice, especially for someone looking for the most bang for the buck?
I'm pretty sure the grip is the same on both, but the 10+ deck is so much larger that it wasn't a worry for me. Maybe its my giant shoes, but the 9+ deck is a little small for me.
Hi thanks for the review. I want to buy a electric scooter. I want to take it to work itâs 22 KMs one side total 44 KMs. I am 200 lbs . I have 2 options in mind vsett 10+R 28 volts and wolf warrior gt. Which one will you prefer?
You make a good job selling it! I'd seriously consider buying one. I'm not crazy about the yellow accents (not a major point lol...) if they could change them to blue (custom order) that would be nice.
Definitely will. It's a BIG scooter. I'm 5'10/220 lb stocky and it moved me no problemo. I almost bought it's cousin Tiger 10 pro but that yellow scheme and no split wheel and it's logo killed me. Was going to get an awesome deal on it too.
Hey Ginger. Thanks for all of the great videos as you helped me make my mind up to purchase my first scooter --- Vsett10+. One quick question, and it may be a stupid one, when I push the scooter, it makes a knocking sound coming from the front wheel. Is that normal? I just unboxed it and don't want to do any damage if this is not normal. Help!!!!
Whatâs the best P12 acceleration setting ? Just got mine and the factory setting pulls like a rocket. Just got mine up to 50mph without even trying. Kept PULLING.
Nami is like a VSETT 13+ , it feels like two vsett 10+'s. In my experience Nanrobot isn't a quality brand and shouldn't be clumped together with actual quality scooters.
It's September '23 and I've been riding a 10+ for a year. I drive and take the scooter with me always. It's portable enough and well built. Taking the 10+ on my road trips opens up things I'd have otherwise missed. Vsett got it right. I'd buy it again.
An energetic review as always. Thank you. I have a question. Do you think varla eagle one has smooth suspension as vset10+. Which one do you think has a more comfortable ride?
Looking at the vsett 10+ the only thing it is missing is a steering damper... Get one of those oh yeah and the MTB bars if you go vsett... Don't go Varla as they're just trying to sell an old scooter from China with their logo on it
@@GingerOnWheels I heard bad things about the Varla I know it's like quality but a much older slower model and just not worth the money. You'd be better off getting the vsett 10+, blade 10 evo pro, or if wait is no issue get the blade gt 2022 from Alibaba it's 1200$
Also let's say you got the blade 10 evo pro/blade gt 2022 it comes with a steering damper and it has air suspension it's better for paved roads then off roads. If you want to be off roading the vsett is the recommended scoot. The blade gt with an upgraded suspension kit tho is a hard rival and the base price is 1250$ so if you willing to wait for the scoot and willing to upgrade it if you do off roading then I'd go with that.
I just purchased the 10+R. I plan to use this for work and it needs to carry 250lbs (me plus my equipment) what kind of shocks, tires, brakes etc would you recommend. I am hoping to get at least a year out of this thing. Hopefully two.
Trust me the tires still pop like crazy a few of my friends have the vsett 10+ they have nothing but problems with the tires and the suspension sucks to soft i weight 140lb and it was bouncing like crazy your on a new one wait till it gets up to 500 miles u need new suspension i didn't like it i rode two of them and the stem creaks like crazy worse then a dualtron lol 80miles on a 20ah battery i don't know about that lol great video ginger
Grab yourself some D&M or Exa Form suspension! Install isn't hard and helps the ride quality immensely. I still don't get the tire thing, I guess I just got lucky. Couple hundred miles on mine with no issues.
Where's the problem with the tires? Jumping on & off curbs too many times can messup the tire valve stem!! Also very sudden stopping & hard offroading can cause it. Let us know guys. Thank you. đ
As a vsett 10 owner I agree with this review itâs a great scooter I donât get the wobble but itâs probably cause weight more then ginger on wheels lol but for people Considering this scooter itâs one of the best options, when ur riding on the street the suspension is so good it giving ur a feeling of hovering feeling, itâs super smooth and a joy to ride
Hi, i fell in love with scooters after buying my entry lvl MI pro 2. After few months of riding it, i decided to go for 10+. Can you answer me just one question pls? There are three types of battery on this vset 10+, is it true that starting momentum (torque), and top speed are the same with all three battery? Only difference is range? Or am i wrong?
No, am not wrong. 60v battery delivers same force and 20, 25 and 28 amp are just range of the battery. This could help someone like me when i wrote this.
Hey scooter committees! I have yet to purchase this 10+...as there is an insane amount of people finding the solidity of the scooter remarkable, I wanted to ask if the scooter is able to eat potholes? Literally! In my city potholes pervade the streets (varying in size) and im wondering if this is something the Vsett 10+ could manage Thanks in advance!!!
How would you rate it compared to the Zero 10x? The zero looks like a very similar platform with the same suspension design. Stem looks better on the vsett though...
Tires are not hard to change on this one luckily. Revrides has a video on the tire change method. Mantis pro, and this vsett are far from waterproof. They are okay to ride in mist or wet roads, maybe through a puddle or two, but not much more than that.
Since the mid and high end version has LG batteries, and lowest one - generic. Is it something I should worry about? Is generic really that worse than LG?
The voltage does sag quite a bit on long pulls, its not the end of the world but it does make guessing the remaining battery more difficult. They do make LG & Samsung battery versions though.
Range is the main difference, and also in this case, the higher the amperage, the more miles it will give you per charge and thus, the lifespan of the battery (scooter) will be way longer
I actually found this scooter today on the website and was comparing and everything. I'm going to get one. Not doubt, I bought a cheaper one that only goes 16 mph. I need something faster, that I can carry upstairs and around. This looks like the best scooter for me.
Love love love your reviews!!! I have the emove cruiser that I love, what would be the difference between this vssett 10+ and vssett 9+? I know theyâre a lot faster, although Iâve been able to get my cruiser up to 37 mph on a flat (gps) once, and honestly would be too scared to go more than 40 mph in a scooter. So which one would you recommend as an upgrade?
if you think you want to go more than 30mph then you should get the vsett10 because vsett9+ will only get you around 30mph. i choose vsett9+r due its portability due its smaller wheels mean lighter in weight and small dimension, range if you get the 9+R , acceleration due to its dual motor set up, suspension (they say its the rolls-royce of escooter lol), aesthetic, build quality and wireless key and its ip54
I second Wilfred's sentiment. If you claim to already have gone 35+ on your cruiser then the vsett 9 would actually be slower, albeit much, much, more comfortable.
@@wilfredocubero2254 thanks for youâre reply! Sounds like the best upgrade would be to the Vssett 10 plus, would be fun to get to 40 mph! And super excited about the suspension for some light off roading
@@GingerOnWheels haha Ginger! A lot of people have a hard time believing me I got to 37 mph on my Cruiser, but I am 140 pounds and did it seating down (more aerodynamic perhaps). Would be fun to have the option to get to 40 mph plus, and have the better suspension for some off roading! Thanks so much for your review, I hear nothing but wonderful things on this Vssett 10!
Love the videos. I'm 6'2", 240lbs, currently riding an Emove Cruiser on my 2.5mile commute to work. I like it, but it's too slow, doesn't go up hills, and I want hydraulic brakes. I'm between the Wolf Warrior and the Vsett 10+. Which would you recommend? I don't do any off roading, and I just wanna feel safe while I ride at 30-40mph. I like the dual stem of the Warrior, but it seems you'd recommend the Vsett+ over the Warrior? Thank you!
Personally, yes, but I know of people who would argue otherwise. Biggest deal with Weped is that it's a huge multi-month long ordeal to get replacement parts.
I just bought 2 Varla Eagle Oneâs. Ever since I placed the orders back in August Iâve been seeing more and more videos on these Vsett 10+âs. I kinda wish I wouldâve waited now and got at least one of these instead. The only thing is where I live in Virginia anything over 1000 watt motors are âillegalâ on the streets. But anyways, really liking these scooters minus the yellow color. Wish I could try one out for myself!
@@aerofpv2109 You're definitely right. At the price point, I have no complaints, minus a few little things so far. I've put about 30+ miles on my primary Varla Eagle One so far in about a week, and about 20+ miles on the secondary Varla Eagle One that my wife/friends have rode so far. The rotors came bent/warped slightly on both which a lot of other people have confirmed/complained about also. I have attempted to fix these issues myself, which I have done and it's working much better now, but the rotors are still not 100% perfect and still need some adjustment. But other than that, I've added a few accessories to them both and continue to modify the scooters accordingly. The fastest I've been so far is 39mph. (5'10" and close to 220lbs). So far so great, but I do wish they were a little bit faster, but that's just personal preference. I primarily ride them on the streets in residential areas, so I need to keep the speed down anyways. They are a lot of fun for sure!
I did the same thing. I bought the varla eagle one the. Then I saw the vsett 10+. Totally worth getting the Vsett. It's 10mph minimum faster out the gate. I am keeping both because of the outrageous return costs on the varla.
Wich battery did yours have and doing a range test soon? About to bite the bullet on buying on but can't decide wich battery to get...feel like the 21A is enough for me but would maybe have less range anxiety with the 25Ađ€·ââïž coming from a max g30 so major upgradeđ đ
Expect to use about 30-60 watt hours per mile at cruising speed. Scooter voltage X Amp hours = watt hours. So you can do the math and decide which is best for you.
Hey Ginger on wheels, im getting my wolf warrior 11 next week and was wondering if i really need to waterproof it like this. I dont know too much about scooters as it is my first and i am not planning to ride in trails yet. it is purely to get me from home to campus. my question is that if it is raining outside, is it very bad for me to ride it or will it be fine if i avoid puddles. will droplets of rain ruin the scooter either? Thanks so much!
Keep it under 15mph in the rain and it should be okay. But I would still be wary of the two ingress holes under the frame, where the cables go into the deck. Maybe lift the silicone mat around the edges of the top of the deck and put thick gorilla tape around the cracks to seal off water going inside
@@GingerOnWheels what silicone mat are you referring to? If I follow your waterproofing video except for the fender part and covering of the springs, will I be fine? I just donât want to mess anything up.
@@shanew7361 hey Shane, I have decided to just use silicone sealant around the front body pads where the cables go into it and I avoid riding it in the rain. Iâm currently waiting for clear days where there is no snow on the road.
What are your thoughts on this versus the new Emove Cruiser? Is it worth the extra price? I care about range the most which I heard Emove has it beat, but mostly I'm assuming is because of slower speed. I'm guessing if you go single motor and slower speeds you can get same/better range than Emove.
@@GingerOnWheels Was this the 28 AH version? That one is supposed to get 50-62 miles range which I am considering, so fairly close to the Emove. I am just wondering if the extra cost is worth it, if the Vsett feels like an upgrade or side-grade? If range is the only thing the Emove has over the Vsett (Vsett is almost double the price where I am) Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Same! Just odd sizes compared to ones you'd find on most mtb setups
Canât wait to get one soon đȘ
Bought one yesterday. Damned weekend, need to wait until Monday lol
Ginger, have you tried a "summerboard"? Looks like something you'd love!
I did reach out to them, but they don't send demos :( I could rent one but its $300 a month
Same here. Not crazy about yellow. If they made it all black (stealthy!).....I'd be all over it!!
X99999 or any color instead yellow
Did u ever get to do the range test? And when u rode on this video how many miles did u get out of the 20amp and were u riding on mode 3 the whole way
I just bought the vsett 10+ with the 25ah battery.... I'm pretty pumped about it... but I'm a bigger guy so hope it works for me
Definitely will.
Help!!!!
No, thats not normal.
Go email the vendor my guy you have a warranty a year get this fixed đ„đ„
Deffo not stupid
What was that knocking sound?a loose bolt,s-thing rubbing? Let us know.Thx.
I do need to get a light though, thats the only thing I need to get. Some kind of nice bike light and helmet. Can't wait!!
I would love to hear your thoughts side by side vs the new mantis king GT
Plss help,, which is better to buy kaboo mantis gt or vsett10+??â€
Whatâs the best P12 acceleration setting ? Just got mine and the factory setting pulls like a rocket. Just got mine up to 50mph without even trying. Kept PULLING.
Love my kaabo pro SE, but wish I would've spend the extra cash on this.
How would you compare this to the NAMI BURN-E or the NANROBOT LS7+?
Nami is like a VSETT 13+ , it feels like two vsett 10+'s. In my experience Nanrobot isn't a quality brand and shouldn't be clumped together with actual quality scooters.
It's September '23 and I've been riding a 10+ for a year. I drive and take the scooter with me always. It's portable enough and well built. Taking the 10+ on my road trips opens up things I'd have otherwise missed. Vsett got it right. I'd buy it again.
How much mileage is on it? Iâm getting one used with 500 miles on it and Iâm worried Iâll have to replace the battery soon
@@jreviews5924 I've got 400 miles on it. It's a great scooter. I'd buy it again.
Mine has 3137km and no problems 1 flat no other problems.â@@jreviews5924
An energetic review as always. Thank you. I have a question. Do you think varla eagle one has smooth suspension as vset10+. Which one do you think has a more comfortable ride?
The vsett is more comfortable (taller angled bars) but the eagle is also very pillowy and squishy on the suspension.
@@GingerOnWheels blade gt 2022 should be in everyone's sight rn for a value scooter 1250$ 26ah 60v and 50mph actual speed
Can you get it in a 28 Amp battery... and how are the bars , would you change them out for wider ones
I just purchased the 10+R. I plan to use this for work and it needs to carry 250lbs (me plus my equipment) what kind of shocks, tires, brakes etc would you recommend. I am hoping to get at least a year out of this thing. Hopefully two.
Good choice in scooter! Read the pinned comment.
Get better tyres
Where's the problem with the tires? Jumping on & off
curbs too many times can messup the tire valve stem!!
Also very sudden stopping & hard offroading can cause it.
Let us know guys. Thank you. đ
I saw one in my town ! Looked good !
Like a Lexus.
Did you ever do a range test on the 10+ ?
Great review. Have you checked the 11+ yet? Wondering how that one compares to you.
What acceleration P setting do you have it on? Mine came way more sensitive from RevRides.
Can you link that replacement front shock you mentioned to stop that chatter?
Any idea of a Minimum range test anytime soon on this beast!?đđœ
Hey scooter committees! I have yet to purchase this 10+...as there is an insane amount of people finding the solidity of the scooter remarkable, I wanted to ask if the scooter is able to eat potholes? Literally! In my city potholes pervade the streets (varying in size) and im wondering if this is something the Vsett 10+ could manage Thanks in advance!!!
How would you rate it compared to the Zero 10x? The zero looks like a very similar platform with the same suspension design. Stem looks better on the vsett though...
The VSett is clearly an upgrade and replacement to the 10x. There's just more power and better quality on the VSett.
How easy it is to change thr tires? And is it waterproof? If it's not, maybe we gotta get it sealed like the kaabo mantis pro?
Tires are not hard to change on this one luckily. Revrides has a video on the tire change method. Mantis pro, and this vsett are far from waterproof. They are okay to ride in mist or wet roads, maybe through a puddle or two, but not much more than that.
Since the mid and high end version has LG batteries, and lowest one - generic.
Is it something I should worry about? Is generic really that worse than LG?
What range did you get? You were on the 20ah?
I was thinking of getting a Blade GT 11" tires.
I have had my eye on this one for so long but I was put off because the 20ah model gets volage sag apparently, your thoughts on this issue please.
The voltage does sag quite a bit on long pulls, its not the end of the world but it does make guessing the remaining battery more difficult. They do make LG & Samsung battery versions though.
Thanksđ
hi! when the front suspension is moving up and down so fast, can you feel unsafe?
Just got the Apollo ghost first nice scooter I got .
Now I want a vsett 10 probably will be my next
Nah spend the extra 900 and get a wolf king gt prođ
Would you choose this scooter over the eagle one? Even tho has same body design? Minus the speed difference
The body isn't remotely similar. Like I said, this VSETT is my favorite scooter. The Eagle One just isn't as good, period.
is really worth 3k euros? or shall I rather get a dualtron instead? what do you think mate?
Im wondering how can you tell the difference between the 20, 25, and 28 amp hour? I donât see a clear indication of the differences.
Range is the main difference, and also in this case, the higher the amperage, the more miles it will give you per charge and thus, the lifespan of the battery (scooter) will be way longer
Lovint this machin .. Preciosa y potente
You totally sold me. I went from buying my first $300 scooter to this đ
Better to skip the $300 junk. This scooter isn't even on the same level!
@@GingerOnWheels yeah, so glad I finally got this. Bought and sold the Varla Eagle One as my first scoot after a week and upgraded to the 10+R đȘ
Hello man sorry for disturbing . Is thid scootet better than wolf warrior xđ?
I actually found this scooter today on the website and was comparing and everything. I'm going to get one. Not doubt, I bought a cheaper one that only goes 16 mph. I need something faster, that I can carry upstairs and around. This looks like the best scooter for me.
Also look at varla. Very similar but save dough.
@@seleneperez7322 I'm sure you were going downhill or your p settings were not correct. Freespin of the tire on the cruiser isn't even that fast.
Itâs the most efficient scooter?
Love the videos. I'm 6'2", 240lbs, currently riding an Emove Cruiser on my 2.5mile commute to work. I like it, but it's too slow, doesn't go up hills, and I want hydraulic brakes. I'm between the Wolf Warrior and the Vsett 10+. Which would you recommend? I don't do any off roading, and I just wanna feel safe while I ride at 30-40mph. I like the dual stem of the Warrior, but it seems you'd recommend the Vsett+ over the Warrior? Thank you!
Yeah the VSETT would be a great upgrade for you. The upgrade from emove to vsett is good to great
@@GingerOnWheels Does the vsett have a sine wave controller? Even the cruiser has some torque at low speeds. The 10+ must be quite a bit more.
Im saving up for one!! đ
ok, now you made me need one
Waiting for you to get the Vsett 11. đ
Would you pick this over the WEPED FF over all on performance ?
You can't go wrong with the Eagle one & it's pricepoint. The 26ah Vsett is around $1100+ more but I bet it's also worth it.
I got the first one for $1,549, the second one for $1,499. For what it is, I believe it's a great value for the money for what you get!
I did the same thing. I bought the varla eagle one the. Then I saw the vsett 10+. Totally worth getting the Vsett. It's 10mph minimum faster out the gate. I am keeping both because of the outrageous return costs on the varla.
2023 october 5. Is there a better scooter for less than 2k ? Compared to this. I need something that good with water jist in case ! I live in nevada
@@GingerOnWheels thanks for the info man! Love the channel btwđđ
@@aviv7546 Did you end up getting this if so any issues?
@@shanew7361 hey Shane, I have decided to just use silicone sealant around the front body pads where the cables go into it and I avoid riding it in the rain. Iâm currently waiting for clear days where there is no snow on the road.
@@aviv7546 How do you like it? Does the front wheel shake bad at high speeds?
It is because of never being able to get a goped as a kid that I love electric scooters now
What are your thoughts on this versus the new Emove Cruiser? Is it worth the extra price? I care about range the most which I heard Emove has it beat, but mostly I'm assuming is because of slower speed. I'm guessing if you go single motor and slower speeds you can get same/better range than Emove.
Emove is unmatched for range. Vsett is much more comfortable but will probably only get you 70% of the emoves range, on a good day.
@@GingerOnWheels Was this the 28 AH version? That one is supposed to get 50-62 miles range which I am considering, so fairly close to the Emove. I am just wondering if the extra cost is worth it, if the Vsett feels like an upgrade or side-grade? If range is the only thing the Emove has over the Vsett (Vsett is almost double the price where I am)
Thanks for taking the time to respond!
