@@HolidaySai Yeah, for sure. I’m used to only going 37mph at top max speed on my Kaabo Mantis. So I’m with you on that one. Hey Sai that was some ride, so I've watched your confidence grow since I first found your CZcams chanel. So I ordered my Vsett lastnight looks like I'll get it by Sat. Thank you. It definitely keeps them in place. Not the most attractive looking setup. But, it works and I have good sounding music for hours while I’m out and about lol.
That's sick hell yeah . I love seeing people Macgyver stuff together. Especially on a crazy machine like this 😂 Its way more fun and gives it character imo. Companies would try to charge you hundreds for something a few zip ties can do.
You can adjust wheel diameter and magnet count in the p settings to get a more accurate reading on your display. They’re always set wrong from the factory.
When I first got it, I started with 8. Then, I moved up. But, I learned I was counting it wrong. So, I’d say I’m definitely in between 9 and 11 (out of 16).
Good to see the progression 😂you should try to get used to always riding dual motor even if you go down to gear one. I'm 230lbs 6'1 and get the scooter up to 36 on second gear dual motor.. have not tried 3rd gear yet 😂
Thank you! Yea, I may try that. I think I’ve gotten so use to single motor, that DDM is overkill. We’ll see what happens though lol. Oh man, you be movin’ on that thing in DDM Gear 2. You’ll definitely hit 40mph in 3rd gear. You better be careful out there!
How did you set your P-settings? In particular P06; Wheel diameter should be 9.8 inches P07; Number of magnets should be 30 instead of 28 So that your spedometer is more accurate!
im planning on getting a scooter soon(different model though, roadrunner rs5 max, so i can pull the battery and charge at work) , going to use it as a commuter. currently i go 7.6 miles and takes 45 mins due to traffic, i suspect it should take aprox 15 miles with a scooter. The other thing is im going to do some doordash so i can use the scooter as a write off!
@HolidaySai plus the other thing Is this vs a scooter saves alot (figure a cheapish car nowadays is 25k, plus insurance (let's say 2k a year) plus gas(assume 1k a year) and maintenance/repairs (some years will just be oil changes others brakes and tires etc, so let's say 500 a year) on a 15 year lifetime of the car, that's roughly 70k vs 3 scooters (each lasting 5 years at 2k per, that's a savings of 64k, that's pretty substantial!
Turn your scoot on, hold + and - until you get into the p-setting menu, move through the menu with the mode button (the third button in the display). Scroll up to p06 and set it to 9.7 with the + and - buttons, then go to p07 and set it to 30. Now you'll get more accurate readings. These things fucking rip but they feel a lot faster than what they really are.
ESG did a speed test and the speedometer will say 50mph but technically say differently from the phone speedometer. It’s pretty much accurate to what you got as well.
@@HolidaySai it's about 6mph off compare to what the speedometer says on your phone. but regardless of what the speedometer says on it, it's still pretty quick in my opinion. Enjoy your new baby and tide safe.
