Last time I installed these on my Pacifica minivan front sides got a lot of wind noise. I removed and returned them within 1 week.
Do they affect wind noise on your car?

Depends on the brand. WeatherTech deflector does indeed reduce a little bit of noise, but not much. Deflector really meant for heat reduction on hot day by opening the windows and rain fog the windshield. Also, just for looks.
