  • Hey guys, in this video I'll be explaining how the engine's lubrication system works in simple terms, what is oil starvation, and how you can prevent it as well as comparing the standard OEM EJ-series oil pickup tube and the Killer Bee upgraded unit and additionally, the Oil Baffle Plate.

    Getting a iag stage 2.5 engine block installed with the killer b oil pan baffle and pick up, so excited for my new old car

      Been going on a bit of a unnecessary anger fueled troll rampage over my experience with my wrx, to try to divert my hate from intentionally totalling my car so I'm not stuck with it for another 4 years but any advice on aig and you're experience and what improvements does it offer above oem block? Trying to get my head straight and maybe just try to save for aig and when this motor inevitably breaks again hopefully I can put a better block in it.

    So Killer B has 3 kits that include hardware, pick up, baffle and pan at different price point. What ls the best option for daily driving?

      so if you're not planning on tracking it at all, i'd just go for the pickup for reliability's sake, but if you are planning on doing autocross, i'd go for the pickup + baffle pan combo. If you do more serious track driving then i'd go for the full oil pan kit

    Too late. Put too many miles on my wrx, jts had two spin bearings. Hasn't been the same since warranty repair plus I'm in need of carbon cleaning. I'm getting rid of it. Too much headache.

      Were you taking it on track? you think it was oil starvation that caused the spun bearings?
