around 3 years ago this pc would get 800-1200 on pubs xd they really nerfed the fortnite game engine to run worse

not a prebuild, no pc company would make a build with that much bottleneck.

@@user-jr5bg1co1ufor explicitly fortnite, this isn't a bad combo. with settings these low; your load is going to primarily be on the cpu. as long as you have a mid end gpu these types of games are going to work just fine.
did you overclock any of your pc parts? because i have a 3090 and 7950x3d and get around the same fps somehow
The rtx 4060 ti gets higher perfomance than the 3090 because of its power efficiency. You might just need to update your drivers, but I found with the rtx 4060 ti, its performance is great because it has great balance between power efficiency and performance. This is why it doesn’t bottleneck the Ryzen 7 7800x3d.

the more games you play the less stutters you will get . keep in mind everytime you update your gpu drivers the stutters will comeback as game 1 so try to stick to 1 drive for a long time. if after that you are still stuttering one of the causes of this is on/ultra latency on nvidia control pannel make sure thats off, mice move 1k polling rate also makes fortnite stutter kike 2k 4k 8k
