I have an i513400f, and rtx 4060. Even after playing 12 games on dx12 I still get random stutters. Is it better to play in perf mode? Does that fix the annoying stutters

Yeah you should try it out at least, switching to perf mode will make your game stutter at first, you need to kind of warm it up so to say, then it'll be fine after a couple of games, I prefer perf mode with high meshes and far view distance
