    This is helpful. I need your services. I am terrified of my girlfriend claiming common law marriage if we cohabitate. This should be removed from the law. We get married only if we obtain a license.

      That's what I'm saying. just get formally married if the end result good or bad is still the same. there's basically no difference, minus the marriage docs, if you're putting the other in your legal docs
