Such Bull Shit. RICO in GA needs to go. Your right just prove and charge on the actual law they violated. This YSL trial every scenario theyre saying is RICO people have all been charged and or did time for those crimes already. Now theyre coming back 10 plus years later and saying sorry those are all RICO charges now

The relationship between military judges and prosecutors is very different in reality.
Strange they include money. Off hand i would say because paper money is property of the federal reserve.

Rico should only be used ABLE to be used if you have all of your evidentiary boxes checked and a fair and impartial team of judges should rule that you can or can’t proceed. All you would need the way things are now, allegedly, is just one judge who “owes you a lunch or owes you a favor” and it’s bye bye Williams, et al, bye bye career for at least 5-10 years, bye bye cars and homes of Mr w’s and his associates if they were successful or whether they weren’t.
The reason that Rico’s prosecutorial standards should be more strict is bc theoretically any DA could get away with indicting any defendant with any charges, allegedly and oh, idk, stealing a “certain defendant’s” (ahem, Williams’) $150K that he was allegedly locked up with, his jewelry and chains!, allegedly, along with his actual home that he had to foreclose on allegedly.
