Yes, he is the father of the newborn. This was provided through testimony of the mother of the child on day one. They did a paternity test.

Why in the world there doing a trial and waste more money, and somebody’s not even worth it just had it put him in jail for life and injection but I don’t even know if the injection is worth it because putting him down it’s making his life shorter and he’s not gonna suffer so I guess life is prison is better without the possibility of parole I just don’t understand why is he going to take the stand?
