    Dam looks great where is your company from? What is a typical cost per average window?

    • @Warren3carpentry
      @Warren3carpentry  Před 2 lety +1

      We are in South Dakota. An average price of capping a window would be around 150$ as of now and in our region. That's materials and labor for an average window. BE SURE TO subscribe for more great videos!

    Is that a requirement to work for your company is to wrap like that? Im in Nebraska and im used to installing, measuring for coil, bend and wrap right on site. Loved the video btw.

    Is this more price affective then just painting the existing brick mold?

    • @Warren3carpentry
      @Warren3carpentry  Před 3 lety +1

      We have the black max is for heavier steel the lighter brake is for mainly aluminum and also easier to haul to the jobsite.

    Alright I really wanna know why y’all cap windows like this. I’ve never seen this until I started driving to PA. I noticed going through some of Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, and PA that windows are capped.
    In Texas where I’m from and work on windows replacing them for multiple companies we just install to brick and caulk it. Siding I don’t see capping whatsoever.

    • @Warren3carpentry
      @Warren3carpentry  Před 2 měsíci

      Not sure mainley because its cheaper im guessing?

      @@Warren3carpentry thank you for the response, see I’m not sure. I tried working in PA and the way we install down here in Texas did not transpose well there. I just always wondered where the divide was and my ego was bruised cause I install good here but I couldn’t even do installations in PA without using a break which I had never seen nor practiced with.

      Can you explain how the finishing nails and not having the top fastened to the wall instead of the brick mold will keep any water out from behind the siding other the caulking the crap out if it?
