I think sometimes people are just intimidated to step in. Our young adult offspring were renting our house from us when we were stationed away. They just let the yard go, heck a family of deer were hanging out in the front yard. We have good neighbors but they just felt it wasn’t their place to step in. In one respect it sort of worked out because they didn’t water either...But they took decent care of the house and payed the rent on time every month.

I know what it is like to be in the millitary and deployed to the other side of the world. You think about your home and youre not able to communicate with the people who are working on your behalf. Sometimes to be able to talk with someone who is in the United states, you wait for a month or two. Then you are limited to a short phone call. It's easy to forget to contact everyone and remember everything you have to do.

That mower is awesome!! You need a better weed eater! My daughter got me the Worx electric weed eater, it is made for ladies and is lite weight! You taught me a couple things about mowing my yard! I was starting off with mowing when I shoulda been edging, weedeating and then mowing! Oh! ALWAYS lock your truck, cause in my neighborhood they have hoodlums!! Great job!!😊

I understand. Several times I have asked various people for assistance in solving a problem. It is their job to work on these issues. After weeks or months of never hearing back, I call them back and they say, "well, I sent them an Email." And that was the extent of their effort. And then they immediately forgot about it, waiting for a response. Email will never replace a simple phone call.

I just decided to buy a cordless edger yesterday. I bought the Milwaukee string trimmer when it first came out - and of course the next year they put out the Quick Lock system with all the attachments. Even better - theres no edger kit, and you cant buy the power head without buying the whole string trimmer kit - and then buying the edger attachment. Found a guy on eBay selling just the power head, and gonna buy the edger from the store. Watching how fast you just did that tells me i made the right choice. So tired of trying to do my corner property edging with the string trimmer. It takes way to long and just eats up string.

Business owners are human and make mistakes and any lawn company owners out there can relate to what you did but you owned up to it and admitted it to all of CZcams etc and that's manning up and taking accountability for your actions and I admire that.
