I couldn't get the sides to snap in either so I applied dish soap to sides and back wall connections...slid right in.
Great Great Great Video on the Delta 500
Thank you so Truly very easy to understand
Boston Massachusetts
What adhesive do you recommend for the back wall? Thanks
I always use Gorilla construction adhesive. Best on the market in my opinion.
Elmer's glue for preescholers
The L shaped bit of adhesive on the base for doors, do you just let the smear when putting the side walls on?
My contractor didn’t use the foam tape. Do I still need to use caulk ?
So then, no adhesive on the side panels, just the back? Is this for future access?
Would I install door nailer if I’m installing the Delta Mod soft closing frameless shower doors?? Please
I dont know 😂
You guys should show what the figments to the pan …..this really is not what i expected…..
I can’t get the side panel to snap right in. Any ideas
Did you ever resolve this? I'm having the same issue. I can lay the back on the floor and get the sides to snap in all the way but not when I dry fit in the shower. Starting to piss me off lol
@@clgraham82 Use dish soap on both the side and back...mine then slide together. Video is a joke.
This is confusing, another video says put the blocking 34 inches from the bottom
There's more then 1 way to do things I have learned do what ever works best for u, I'm in the middle of a tub replacement rn I wouldent say it's easy at all although I'm a 1 man band 😂
The video is very misleading...Caulkess system...no...easy to install...no...How about showing the process in a referb bathroom instead of one that is perfect. Foam tape is in the wall enclosure box but is taped to the pan...duh.
Haha... I know....this video is such BS!!....they just put 1 "nailer"....the actual instructions say 2 but never does say to use 2 nailers on each side....
No vapor water barrier behind it? 🫢
Nah , just send it
