I think Heard was demonised: by Amber Heard, out of her own mouth. Anyone who watched the key points of the trial saw for themselves that this was in no way a case of, “he said, she said.” This was a deliberate, malignant attempt to vindictively destroy a good man, by a villain who thought her victim was too drugged up and too basically decent to defend himself. Never forget, this woman is physically brutal, mentally depraved, morally bankrupt and conniving even now. She is showing us that she’s learned nothing from her experience and is far too narcissistic to accept just how completely her lies and her schemes were exposed.
And her, “lawyer,” is like the Black Knight is Monty Python And The Holy Grail, saying, “Tis but a scratch,” when her arm is cut off! She’s not just unable to see that she’s utterly beaten, she’s making a complete arse of herself in the process! It was a perfect storm of total incompetence from start to finish, with everything from their choices of witnesses to Berenhoft’s, “I’m trying,” performance, set against the slick yet very human and humane performance of Depp’s council and the consistent witnesses they chose.
Depp was clearly more than innocent. He was a victim! For six long years. Losing respect, his career and countless millions. Not to mention the appalling incalculable damage Heard inflicted on all those sick children that Depp would have otherwise visited in hospitals around the world, dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow. Just think of all the heartbreak Heard inflicted on children who have been visited by him or who had visits cancelled, as they falsely believed their idol was a, “wife beater.”
Heard was demonised alright. By herself! Because Amber Heard is and remains a DEMON!

And why is that something the justice system should defend? You can't be sued for defamation for pressing charges, so this shouldn't prevent anyone from coming forward, it only prevents them from publishing articles before anything's been proven..

Hopefully, a permanent deterrent for those people misusing the judicial system for false allegations. Especially to those parents trying parental alienation to put a wedge into a child's relationship with their biological parent. You truly need to love your children more than you hate your childrens biological parent. Plus, you chose to have your child with that person so be mature about it. Luckily, Johnny Depp did not have any children with Ms. Heard. I'm sure Elon Musk is not to happy about her using their embryo's to have a child via surrogacy and when he had taken her to court to destroy those embryo's as he must have changed his mind about having children with her. He already has several kids with his first wife and two kids by Grimes. Very sad situation but none of our business.

I agree. That's what I got from hearing her speak afterwards that her and Dawn Hughes don't really care how many innocent men they take down just as long as they could have the power to take some men down. That type of attitude is anti-Feminist. And Elaine Bredehoft and Amber Heard do not speak for me, a woman who believes in equality and who has been on both ends of these terrible but necessary court cases. I'm a DV survivor and I also stood up for my husband in court over false allegations brought on by his very mentally ill wife. She was diagnosed with having paranoid schizophrenia and either coerced our oldest daughter to take her own life at the age of 20 when she had two babies too take care of and the ex had found out that our daughter was going to turn her own mother into DCFS over false allegations that kept her and her youngest sister from us over these false allegations. We would have been awarded custody of these two beautiful girls but by the time we were ready for the child custody battle, we had spent three years in court trying to clear my husband's name and DCFS did not take our court case serious enough for them to remove the kids from their sick and twisted biological mother. She made sure she screwed their minds up bad so that when we got them, we would not be able to get them into therapy. Their mother made sure that she "homeschooled" them leaving them extremely illiterate so all they knew what to do was to bring more children into this broken family system. We tried to teach them to not get pregnant too soon or as their way of getting out of their home life. We tried to teach them to stay in school. Get an education so they could fend for themselves and to not just view men as the only way out or as a means to an end. My apologies for rambling on. We have been trying for over a decade for our court systems to put women in jail for filing false allegations. This court case was very important for me and my husband so that more people would be aware of how deep these issues are. It may be too late for us but it's not to late for many victims of these malicious false accusers to learn to love their kids more than they hate their exes.

He knew AH would be humiliated but for that to happen she had to have done something to be humiliated by and for. They were her lies and her actions that caused that humiliation and now that continues with these bogus comments from the so-called spokesperson for AH. I think it's time she was forgotten and left to fade into obscurity. The world has seen more than enough of Amber Heard.*

Reporting DV to authority and writing a slanderous, clearly dishonest op-ed is completely different. Nobody should get away with ruining another person's life to further their career and for malicious retaliation, regardless of gender. AH was a joke on the stand and brought her own downfall for being such a clearly dishonest person. We've all seen the video showing her smirking and accidently telling on herself for setting JD up. This was justice and I don't think it sets women back at all. This was a win for common sense and honesty. AH is not a victim by any definition. Being a women doesn't automatically make you a victim. She is an evil and vile human being. She single handily set women back with her lies.

What Elaine has said is completely true, but inaccurate. AH *set abuse victims back by being the abuser who claims she was abused*. The trial [hopefully] had a positive impact on male victims of abuse. So Elaine is right, female victims have been set back, not because of Johnny Depp, not because of the trial but because of Elaine's *lying and abusive client, Amber Heard*

I think Elaine “rescheduled “ for multiple reasons with court tv and didn’t interview with other large court network 1.because response from morning shows that she was on people consistently disagreed with her reasoning considering everyone saw the full trial and contradicts what everyone saw 2. Because these interviewers on these networks are more educated with law therefore would call her out on her accusations on trial not being fair and all her excuses.

Amber was believed and nurtured from day one and that continued for about five years. That's five years of believing the woman no matter how popular or powerful the man was. So her claim that exposing her as a liar and violent abuser setting back victims or women is beyond disgusting. Don't want to set back abuse victims? Simple - don't be a scumbag liar and claim your victim is guilty when they're not. It's not that adult of a puzzle to understand.

Johnny Depp has helped advocate for victims of domestic abuse to come forward and speak up because he is the real victim, not Amber. Even after the injustice of the UK trial, he decided to fight for the truth and he prevailed because he told the truth. Amber is saying because she is a women, we should believe that she is the victim, not what the evidence says! Well, that was the case after the TRO hoax and UK trial, Johnny's career, world and personal life was torn to shreds because of her allegations, but because he felt so strongly and frankly didn't even have a choice, in my opinion, to fight, to stand up for himself. He has come out of this nightmare. Shame on Amber Heard for her evil behavior before, during and after the trial.
