She testified she didn't pay the charities because she got sued, and she had the entire payments 13 months before she got sued. Am I getting everything? The bottom line is that Johnny admits that he was not perfect in this situation and he tells the truth even when it doesn’t look good for him but Amber never admits that she did anything wrong even when shown evidence and that should send massive alarm bells off in your head that she is the one lying.
So true. Couldn't phrase it better. He admits when he drank and when he did drugs. He is honest about his problems. Even if he wasnt being truthful (which we have to consider a possibility even if its unlikely) this is how you get people on your side. Amber is talking over the lawyer, not answering direct questions and it just gives a really strong impression that she is lying and won't own up to a mistake or character flaw. Even when asked if she had donated the 7m, she could have answered 'no but there's conext' then she would have been allowed to provide the context of pledging and being sued (even though that's pathetic context it would have at least stopped her coming across so aroggant).
