  • Amber Heard testified for nearly four days in her defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp. After an intense cross-examination, Heard's attorney attempted to rehabilitate her testimony, but instead spent much of their questioning responding to countless objections from Depp's attorneys, most of which were sustained by the judge.

Elaine may have struggled a bit, but it was Ms. Heard that lost the case. Elaine "what if anything" Bredehoft was most likely fighting a losing battle with a client that insisted on getting things in that weren't allowed or did not matter. (IE ENT records without the actual ENT testifying=heresay and why Johnny would not look at her in the eyes) This was a good example of a client refusing to listen to her attorneys. Elaine Bredehoft is probably also used to depositions where you can ask leading questions and the majority of her cases never make it to trial. Bottom line is Amber lost this case for Amber. Nobody else.
