- Amber Heard was questioned during her cross-examination in her defamation trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp about photos she took of the mirrors in the couple's Australia home. Depp's attorney pointed out that Heard took photos of the mirror, but at no point took photos of alleged abuse she said she suffered at the hands of Depp. She also did not report any injuries when Depp's doctor was at the home the morning after the alleged abuse.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but the more she talks and the more interaction I see take place in the court trial, I really have to question whether she even knowns the full names of the people who worked for her and Depp when they were married. Depp is very social from either years of practice or he is just an extrovert by nature. Heard on the other hand comes off as a person who walks into a room, goes to speak to someone specifically and pretty much ignores everybody else in the room. If you aren't in her immediate area of influence, you are just white noise in the background.
She remembers everything that happened in Hicksville while on mushrooms as well.

She reminds me of a former high school friend of mine who had fears of abandonment. One night, her new boyfriend broke up with her so she decided to pay him back. While I didn't witness her breakup, I was in the vicinity. She told me and my then-boyfriend to drive her to the police department because she claimed that he hit her while they were arguing that night. I questioned her story because it didn't add up. She went ballistic and made us pull over and park a block away from the police station. She got out of the car and picked up a stick and beat her stomach. Then she picked up a piece of gravel and started scratching her face and arms. Now I see someone else has these same psychotic tendencies. I am sure as most everyone else is, that Amber is the abuser here. However I just don’t know how many people actually realize that as a victim of any kind of abuse but especially mental and physical , it is extremely confusing how to feel about your significant other who is abusing you. I have been in heavy mentally abusive relationship and can say that one minute he’s harassing me insulting me threatening me and sometimes I would verbally fight back, but either way, that’s happening one minute and the next is like nothing just happened at all and I’m driving in a car going to buy groceries with him . The most concerning thing to me is she casually says, at multiple times in the trial, that she didn't assault Johnny because she "couldn't". This seems a misunderstanding of what assault is, and now that i have seen her misunderstanding of the difference between what a pledge (to donate) is and following through on that pledge, it seems entirely likely to me that she did assault him and that she sincerely believes in her alternate version of what assault is, where she "cannot" assault him (because he's a man or because he's stronger).
Agreed. I think this is something they should explore. It’s very telling about her attitude inside. That she cannot assault him because he’s a stronger man.
Disagree. Part of the MO of a narcissist is that they will often play down facts and pretend to be dumb in certain areas so they can garner the benefit of the doubt. Amber Heard knows exactly what happened, and is using the veneer of insecurity and confusion to muddy the facts that she's already testified to.
Yes. She was hitting him, he wasn’t punched. She has pledged to donate the money, therefore she has donated the money. She did not assault him as she couldn’t, he wasn’t assaulted he was just missing a finger.
It's SIMPLER than all that... she pursued conflict because of her own pathology. Johnny Depp filed for divorce. Amber Heard wanted to play the victim for the publicity AND to hurt Johnny after they separated. Her Op-Ed didn't name Johnny specifically because she wanted to accuse him without being specific about events (because they didn't happen). When he finally sued for Defamation she's had to scramble to create a narrative that fits her accusations so she's constantly modifying her stories because it doesn't make sense.
She says "you never forgot the first time you're abused" then later says "I forgot about the abuse in 2012..."; that makes no sense. None.
Then she said she "donated" the entire $7M on TV it's quite clear what she meant. She's not confused about "pledge" vs "donation" she simply couldn't frame it any other way now that she's been called out for not paying.
Don't overthink any of this. She knows what words mean. She's simply a liar.
I've got to disagree. This is a woman trying to manipulate language so she isn't held accountable. This lady has so many legal problems right now that anything she says in court under oath is coming to bite her later and she knows it. I'm sure her legal team has also advised her not to take the fifth on the stand. That it would come across as omission of guilt so she is in a corner arguing semantics for words that there shouldn't even be a debate over.
I'm a bit surprised that she hasn't pulled the "stress" card and got checked in to a hospital claiming that the stress of the cross examination is getting to her to try to pull some sympathy with the jurors and general public. But this may have been advised to her as well as not to be pulled. Her legal team may have told her that she has already lost public opinion and this will also come across as a reaction to a guilty conscious for years of deception.
She chases the "monster" JD as he tries to get away from her. Beggars belief that she can still claim he was the abusive one. She must have been terrified of him !!
What does this mean?: “This is a man who tried to kill me. Of course it’s scary. He’s also my husband.” Amber said this after being asked if she really feared Mr Depp at all. Maybe it’s just me, but if my husband tried to kill me, I’d do my best to stay away from him. I would not follow him around our house begging for attention, knocking on every door to every room he was in, slapping him and provoking him to even higher heights of ire. Something sounds seriously askew with her story.

I’m here to tell you that as a woman who was not “warmed up” (sorry for being Graphic) if a man shoved a liquor bottle in me without any lubricant and violently shoved it back and forth to the point where I thought he was “punching me repeatedly” I would have been torn open. I actually was SA 3 years ago, without getting into too much detail, it was not a bottle, no where close to that size and I was rushed to the emergency room afterwards! Extreme pains shooting down low, felt like razors in my uterus. It was horrible.

So she takes pictures of “everything” but no pictures of this. After being held captive for 3 whole days, being SAed, slapped, choked, thrown violently around dragged through broken bottles while being punched repeatedly by a man with huge silver rings on AND there are NO pictures! Nothing of ANY cuts on her feet, arms and her face would have had cuts all over from the rings. It is impossible that her face wouldn’t have been cut. She she takes no pictures of anything except ONE bruise on her upper arm that looks like she ran into a door jam that she claims is from this violent attack! In that picture it is clear her face has no marks!!!
Actually it is on recording that Johnnys main bodyguard and Doctor had a talk that night when amber left the room to pack, they came to find his finger. They discussed that there are two identical scratches on her arm that “look self inflicted”
Also that SHE had told them she had taken NUMEROUS DRUGS!! Her and Johnny were both doing coke! They even talked about her being so irrational!! But she testified that there was coke bags all over the bedroom. They were EVERYWHERE, too many to count.
Well that night she told Jerry Judge that she had found TWO small bags in the bedroom and her and Johnny did coke! Why is this not talked about? That same night the Doctor is even heard talking about having to give her drugs because she was so all over the place! They even had to figure out someone that was “strong enough” to stay with her in case she “POPS OFF”
She also did adderall, was drunk and took other drugs!!!
She was a known coke head and addicted to adderall. Why is no one mentioning her serious addiction to alcohol, adderall and coke. It’s only been talked about briefly. It is disgusting that these audios are not allowed to be heard!
She went to such great lengths to manufacture injuries to photograph but took no photos of serious injuries.
She thrives on being a victim so if that really happened, she would love the opportunity to go to a Dr and produce proof of her medical care.

I think the consequence will be her losing both this case and her counter-suit. If I'm not mistaken, perjury in a civil case isn't the same as it would be in a criminal case. I think she could find herself in legal trouble if the LAPD investigation reveals that she lied to them in order to secure that restraining order against Depp back in 2016 though. As far as this case goes, I think her lies will end up making her lose both this case and her counter-suit. I'm not sure if Johnny will be awarded the full $50mil though because of testimony from the douchebags of Disney saying their decision to exclude him in future PotC movies wasn't based on Amber's allegations of abuse. I honestly don't think Johnny is worried about the money. He just wants to clear his name and reputation and muzzle this lying psychopath so she'll never speak another word to or about him ever again.

It’s her playing dumb while trying to conjure up more time to think of a lie. She did the same thing in the video of her testimony back in 2016 with the blue wall behind her. She brought a snack with her, which in itself is unprofessional and comes off as rude. But around the 5min mark, she had her hand on her snack and as soon as she hears a certain date come up she pops one of whatever she’s eating in her mouth. Beforehand, she didn’t mind chewing with her mouth open. But after she heard the date and sped to take a bite, she suddenly wouldn’t chew until she swallowed 100%. It’s genius actually, I’ll give her that. She heard a date which she knew she’d have to lie about, so she rushed to take a bite so she could gain herself 15ish seconds to conjure up a lie. It was mentioned on a body language specialists video on ambers first court appearance. If you look up “amber heard 2016 body language analysis” I’m sure you can find the full video if you wanna watch it.
