Why hostages are not being released which means the rulers of gaza don't want peace. Aid should also be responsibility of every group not just Israel. Freedom for Palestinians means internal democracy in Gaza and West Bank.

Before the Massacre the daily aid entered Gaza was between 50 - 70 trucks. The average daily aid entering from the Massacre to May 15 is 127 trucks daily. All the problems could be quickly mitigated if Hams returned all the hostages and surrendered. The problem is Hamas and those who support Hamas. What Netanyahu said was that there were attempts to establish a non-Israeli civilian governance in Gaza to take over the role of managing the population's needs. He also said that Hamas thwarted these attempts by attacking and threatening the ones approached. Foreign countries such as UAE refuse to take the reigns because they'd appear as if they're on Israel's side of the war. That means there were attempts by Netanyahu to establish a non-Israeli replacement for Hamas, contrary to what the guy says in the video.
