Our healthcare isn’t that bad (it isn’t that great) but as long as you have a somewhat okay job, you can get healthcare insurance for much cheaper then you get your “free” healthcare in your country, and it’s fine.

I’m in Canada but I’ve had a similar experience with Jackson. It’s not Australia but foreign people always find it crazy that I with bears and mountain lion going through my naborhood
Not for me at least. I live in the Pacific Northwest and that’s common place here. I have a neighborhood bear who’s taught himself to open doors. He opened the car door and stole a bag of cat food from the front seat. I found bear prints in my backseat lol.
The bear also broke into a neighboring house because cat food. The guy came home and the bear was inside the house.
We had someone staying 8n a trailer in our driveway and the bear broke in there too. My partner was checking in on him and opened the door and a bear came running out and up a tree behind him!
We also have turkey, and deer. And cougar.
I hate the deer the most because they have destroyed hundreds of hours of gardening.
What sucks and makes me angry is people in town attract the deer and the cougars follow the deer because that’s their main food source. Then they panic because cougar and kill the cougar. Makes me sad and angry. If you attract deer you also need to accept you’re bringing cougars too.
They act all panicked because recently a ton of S.Californians have taken over and they are so disconnected from nature. If they’d leave the cougar alone and not call the police the cougar would happily disappear back into the woods.

If you've ever tried to cancel any Microsoft subscription like XBL or GP you know exactly what I mean. How is something that allows you to start a sub on your xbox but needs a separate browser to cancel it not making it actively difficult?
Cancelling Xbl was a nightmare back when I did it in like 2014. it was hidden so far down through multiple menus seemingly unrelated to acc subscription.

What’s crazy is that they did import animals that they thought would eat the cane toad, like a certain species of bird, but the cane toad just started eating that animal as well. At least that’s how I remember it.

But Blu-Ray really is slowly becoming more convenient than streaming as the market becomes oversaturated and shows are peppered around a bunch of different streaming services that force you to make twelve different accounts that all have ever increasing price tags on them just to watch a few different shows. Plus this podcast would be boring as shit if everyone agreed on the same points, but sometimes I do agree that the arguments can get annoying.
