I was one of the very first photographers to get a drone back in 2014. Because there was no regulations back then I got the chance to film and shoot in places like Death Valley, Mono Lake and Yosemite areas before they came up with rules and bans. The phantoms were bulky as heck so in 2018 I sold it and haven’t owned a drone ever since then. I may have to get this now that they are so small, have tons of features and better image quality than the phantoms 10 years ago!
Ha oh man, you are gonna be amazed at how much they’ve come along. Because I remember the phantom 2 and it was way different

It’s a great product.DJI also keeps supporting it with great software updates.They are the kings of drones as far as I’m concerned.Have a couple of there older models as well.Price performance!!

Had mine since launch and compared against my Mavic 3 Pro and Air 3 - ended up getting rid of the Air 3 and although I kept my Mavic 3 Pro it is collecting dust now I have some decent ND filters for the Mini 4 Pro - cool little review Teppo !

I definitely agree that the M4P is pretty much the only drone most of us need even for professional work. Up until a month or so ago I was shooting primarily on a M2 and I never had a complaint about the quality of the final photos or video especially in 4K. The M4P takes it up several notches and while it technically can't compete with the high end drones in reality it's so close most people will never know the differece especially since most videos end up on CZcams anyway.

recently got it and absolutely love it! Likely going to sell my Air 2S now and work on saving up for the Mavic 3 Pro. The Mini 4 Pro will do what I need until then and is going to be perfect for when I travel to Spain this fall

I wouldn't trust the sensors in the mini 4 pro to prevent a crash from hitting a reed on a lake. I watched many videos on the mini 4, and from what others said, it has trouble with thin branches.
Not a lot of mini 4 pro user are shooting at 24 /25fps. I love the 24/25fps, I can't stand watching 30fps just doesn't look good to my eyes. Good video

Great vid. My friend just got it and I love the feature you can map out your flight shot on video and do a nice day-to-night transition. I have the M3P and you can do it just in hyperlapse mode. I love my drone and I haven't get any downside or issue or nothing. Yet this feature make my bank account shake hahahahaha.

The sensor is a 1/1.3".
You said one over one third and the graphic displayed said 1 1/3" (that's the same as 4/3" like the main sensor on the Mavic Classic and Pro.
This is maybe my 10´s comment on a DJI mini 4 pro, but I think its so good because of the size and weight, as a person who photographs wildlife dont have much space in the bag because of a big prime. So my DJI mavis 2 pro has been sitting on the shelf for over two years, but now. This little dude is with me almost everywhere, and the quality that you get out from a 249 gram drone? Its to good? im still waiting for my nd filters, to get even better footage! I would not choose any other drone over this one. No im not sponsored, but off course I would love to be 😅

I've never managed 34 minutes flight time with my mini 4, and I'm pretty sure it would still run into small reeds and branches. Great drone though

Hah totally okay! Hands freeze but otherwise fine. You just gotta check the propellers from time to time that they dont gather ice

Too bad about your Mini 3 Pro. One consolation is that at least you can use the batteries from the M3P with your M4P. I take it that you did not opt for the DJI Care Refresh program on the M3P . . .

Had the mini 4 pro for two weeks..it ended in the river. Flying sideways in good speed and some wind, rotors jammed..soeh...I think I might get a bigger drone.

Don't trust that much in the obstical avoidance of this drone! it's not better sometimes even worse than the system of the M3P.

Wasn't expecting the loud, obnoxious, crap stock music. The video went from quiet to eardrum bursting loud so quickly that I woke up the neighbors.
