Had a set of 245s fitted in Japan back in November with px6.0 2* flat and love the way the tungsten insert gave it its omph. Its hollowness is not as apparent and I had been playing Ping i525s. The short irons were lovely and these are definitely staying in the bag in 2024.
Imagine shooting 158meters with the mp245 8 iron when all Ur friends r drawing out 7 irons....man the loft and the shaft length advantage over the others...huge plus
@@CHuzz7777 not very noticeably smaller no. Tiny bit smaller top line and maybe slight smaller blade length we are talking mm. But man do the long irons go higher. And no flyers all my shots are very very consistent
AJ if Trent was hitting the 243 what shaft would he use? I know in a prior video he was wanting a triple diamond driver, senior shafted irons and a xx-stiff putter shaft (per your comment/jab).
I'm never going to tell someone they have to upgrade. A well fit irons set can last up to 10 years. Thus, I would probably try them and see, but I wouldn't say you have to upgrade.

Just got fit for the 245 I went from p790. Better spin and height and I have a 94 speed 7 iron swing. Also can’t beat the looks or feel of the mizuno
How are the 245’s? Are they significantly smaller than the p790? I’m getting fitted soon and these two are my pre-fitting favourites.

As good as I hit the senior shaft in the paradyms might have to consider it…actually I’d consider the mmt 105 tx shaft
whats your thought of delofting the 245's 2 degree's weak? Love the look of the club, but feel that they might be a bit too strong.
Gotta see some comparisons next compared to the 223's
