Lol I’m laughing at your comment!!! When I started buying rental properties 15 or so years ago I just had a little knowledge of what I was doing. I have learned some-thing’s along the way but one thing I always say is it’s my houses, if I mess it up it’s on me and only cost me and I’ll be the one to fix it. Thanks for commenting and your kind comment. Have a blessed day!!!

Hello David and Jeff! First off, SO glad Jeff is on the mend! I started to watch this video with some trepidation, as I was watching him cut with the Circ saw?! Never would have believed at how he was injured. Good riddance to those railings! Get Well Soon Jeff, and keep the wound clean. Maybe put on one of those thin blue nitrile gloves, like a Mechanic’s glove?
Second, I don't know how you do it all, David, and Jeff!? But by the Grace of GOD! It’s Hot here in the South, I know! The only way we have received rain, is by Torrential Thunderstorms.
Good grief David, those Milwaukee packouts need to get organized my Man! I can’t believe how you have all those tools thrown in there! 😳🙄😂 Hey, maybe an idea for a future video, showing how versatile they can be for holding a lot of stuff? You can thank me later. 😊
I gotta comment on the blade depth though. Seriously, cutting that 3/4 material with the blade all the way down, is no bueno. Blade only needs to be a little below the material. You do cut like a Pro, and hey, that area of the sub floor you worked on, looked really good! @11:05 David the Man! ‘Hossing’ that big sheet of OSB like a champ! Came out good on the video. I’m not a huge fan of that particular saw by DeWalt, but those 6.0 Ah batteries are sawweet!
Stay safe and Healthy and. HYDRATED! Peace and may GOD Bless you both! 👍👍👍🙏😊

Are you planning to go to the equipment show up in Louisville? If so, I’d love to meet up and talk landlord ing and construction.
