Something new for the rental properties

This channel is about my everyday life as a property owner and all the things I do that go along with owning property.
In this video we unstopped a shower drain, installed a storm door, checked on the new properties I've bought, and we do something new I'm going to start doing to my rental properties to identify them as mine.
