Deputies actions was unjustified period.
This was straight up murder
Soooooo... The person who was murdered in their home has to prove their innocence.
Why were they there? Did they have a warrant? Who were they looking for? What were the circumstances?
This is a shame.
They are going to let the cops off.
Yep
Show the police cam footage smh
Sounds awful INSINCERE
He's already defending his gang.
Why did they show up to his apartment? Why didn't he tell us?
It's already starting all over again
So he shoots the man and then shouts drop the gun?!?!
For one busting in the wrong apartment....
How convenient. He blathers about transparency, then mentions the victims name clearly, but the deputys name is withheld. He says the deputy didnt cover the peephole, but fails to mention that he stood out of view of the peephole part of the time.
He's borderline copsplaining to make his minion look good!
Possession of a gun is a constitutional right and as a serviceman, the man certainly was permitted to own one, which at no time did he ever point at the cop!
Full accountability, Sheriff?
Tell us the name of the cop!
Explain why the cop is on "paid vacation" (administrative leave) and is at home tonight, but this military hero will never see his family again.
Cops are never transparent. This one is already hiding behind his thin blue line, and will certainly claim qualified immunity!
that sheriff sounded so cocky, he knows that cop's off the hook already
Why did they shoot first then say "drop the gun"
Racism in full display again!
Florida again?
No justification for the police action
Here we go again. This is Crazy. 🤔
I'm watching this from the UK, and this sounds like another cover-up to me.
🥺
NOT surprised at all by this you shouldn't either they will justify 💯all of it all .
This day and age you dont know who the police are...
That sounds like a made over recording.
I don't even have to look at it. It's the same as always.
sheriff is honored to serve...yeah right...serve who...we already know
🥺🥺🥺
the video looks doctored!
The gentleman clearly said I don’t have it, it is over there!! 👉🏾 meaning gun is over there 👉🏾. They think they slick
Governmental immunity
Where is the transparency when all we get is the Sheriff's scripted statements? Where's the video? This is similar to the LV Shooting, where the helicopters were never mentioned but theres videos of them from cellphones witness testimonials and security cameras.
No sympathy no remorse whatsoever/amerikkka
Was he black?
