Europe police academy goes years of training including psychological therapy for their upcoming career. The police are becoming unreliable these days to where you fear your safety in every encounter. We have to find a better method of maintaining peace without the use of trigger happy individuals behind a badge. There needs more discipline. Europe police academy goes years of training including psychological therapy for their upcoming career. The one in the U.S. only does 6 months, you barely know a quarter of the law, and there's no phycological therapy for officers.
Europe academy makes you learn the law the same way Lawyers do. So yes, American police are getting worse. They just want numbers. Not good officers.
