［コンセプト］
ボリビアを代表するお酒のひとつシンガニのクリアの中にも力強さのある味わいを 天空の鏡とも呼ばれるウユニ塩湖の様にも幻想的なものを味わい世界観としてクリア、ピュアにもやさしくも表現させて戴きましたカクテルです。
［レシピ］
・シンガニ ロス パラレス／35ml
・クラリファイド__ クリアマスカットジュース／55ml
・レモンジュース／5ml
・ソルトスプレー／3push
・シンガニ & バタフライピー／10ml（フロート用）
・レモンリーフ、マスカットスライス（ガーニッシュ）
［クラリファイド__ クリアマスカットジュース］
マスカット、ジャスミンティー、煎茶玄米茶ブレンド、レモンジュース、プレーンシロップをミキサーで撹拌し濾過させクリアにしたものです。…ボトリングし冷蔵庫で保管致します。
［つくり方］
フロートする材料以外をディンへ注ぎスローイングで混ぜ合わせグラスへ注ぎます。残りの材料をフロートします。仕上げにガーニッシュのレモンリーフ、マスカットスライスを添え完成です。
BAR TIMES held a "Singani Cocktail Contest" for bartenders. The theme of the contest was to create an original cocktail based on Singani that can be served in regular business. The contest was held only in Tokyo, and we would like to introduce the 20 entries that were selected from the many entries.

［CONCEPT］
Singani is one of the representative liquors of Bolivia. It has a clear yet powerful taste and expresses the fantastic world of Uyuni Salt Lake, also known as the mirror of the sky, in a pure and gentle image.
［RECIPE］
Singani Los Parrales / 35ml
Clarified __ Clear Muscat Juice / 55ml
Lemon juice / 5ml
Salt spray / 3push
Shin Gani & Butterfly Pea / 10ml (for float)
Lemon leaf, Muscat slice (garnish)
［Clarified__ Clear Muscat Juice］
Muscat, jasmine tea, sencha brown rice tea blend, lemon juice, and plain syrup are blended in a blender and filtered to clear. ...Bottled and stored in the refrigerator.
［How to make］
Pour all the ingredients except the one to be floated into the ding, mix by throwing and pour into the glass. Float the rest of the ingredients. Finish with a garnish of lemon leaf and muscat slice.

The happy face really got me, that happy face already got the mood so much brighter and not tense!!!
Unlike most of the other people this channel showcase, I feel this guy just have the perfect amount of elegance. Not too much to make me feel distanced or ostentatious, but good enough to make me get into the craft and presentation. I can imagine the cocktail is as well balanced as he is

Wow, watched this in revered silence the whole way through! Who would have thought a cocktail video in silence but for the gentle sounds of creation would be so intriguing, maybe we'll try this on our channel!
