Cuba Reviver(クバリバイバー)
[レシピ]
・ハバナクラブ7年/45ml
・オレンジハニーウォーター/30ml
・フレッシュライムジュース/20ml
・コーヒービターズ/10drop
・卵白/1個分
・炭酸/適量
・シナモンパウダー適量
[つくり方]
炭酸以外の材料をシェーカーに入れ、ハンドブレンダーで撹拌した後にシェーク。氷の入ったクレイカップに注ぎ、炭酸でアップして軽くステア。仕上げにシナモンパウダーを振りかける。
[コンセプト]
「カンチャ」の汎用性を表現するために、スターターの印象が強いオリジナル「カンチャ」のレシピをデザートカクテルとしてツイスト。コーヒーやシナモンの香りでホッとひと息つき、明日への活力にしていただきたいリバイバルカクテルです。

Recipes.
Havana Club 7 years old / 45ml
Orange Honey Water / 30ml
Fresh lime juice / 20ml
Coffee bitters / 10 drops
Egg whites / 1 egg white
Carbonation/as much as possible
Cinnamon powder to taste
How it's made.
Place all ingredients except carbonation in a shaker and shake after stirring with a hand blender. Pour into a clay cup filled with ice, carbonate up and steer lightly. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
Concept.
In order to express the versatility of the Kancha, we have twisted the recipe for the original Kancha, which has a strong starter impression, into a dessert cocktail. @@jorgealvarez6689 It says in the description. And instead of using a blender you can just dry shake(shake without ice) the eggwhite soo it gets all frothy. Continue by adding ice and shake again as shown and serve.
