I’m in joyful tears doing this video this morning. I began two years ago and could barely bend my body to each side. Now 70lbs released including Melissa Neil videos,Drs. Berg, Fung and A healthy alternative community, I’m in a state a calm and inter confidence and feel centered and really really good. Thank you for such a nice pace video for all fitness levels. I was battling my depression yesterday. I got up and did one 8 min work out and them found this weekly challenge. I am so happy to say that just exercising yesterday gave me the go-to to pick up the challenge today. You are definitely a God sent, an angel...when I was younger until my early 40's I was an avid exerciser, aerobics, kickboxing, weight lifting, etc. then I went through a deep depression losing my parents 5 years ago after caring for them several years, I gained a lot of weight and am morbidly obese, lost my every sweet emotion, became bitter...the Lord led me to you, to finally take care and myself like I used to...though I'm too embarrassed to exercise if front of my husband, he understands I need my private time for exercise...Thank you and bless you...

I’m 60 and now caring for my 82 yr old mum whose just had knee replacement and my Dad whose mobility is so bad. I was looking for exercises to build up my arm strength as it’s difficult now for me to lift them I found your bat wings exercises yesterday. Today I did your 5000 steps followed by this stretch. Feel fab. Will definitely be doing alternate days bat wings and alternate 5000 steps. Squashing how I feel , my problem of caring for two elderly,putting my arms together made me cry then I felt so much better. So thank you so much.

No matter how “worked out” I feel after doing your abs, glutes, burn belly fat, 15/30 minute walking fat burn routines, I always finish off by doing this 5 minute stretch work out. It is magical for slowing down, breathing in & calming the mind. As soon as I hear you voice at the end saying “you’re safe, everything’s going to be alright”, I feel as a child cocooned in my mother’s love (& I’m 61!). I did the 30 min 5000 steps first, then the 10min cardio and completeld them with these stretches. I burst out in tears at the end when I crushed my problems! I never realised there was so much pent up inside me till then. 🌟 What a release of emotions and I must do this daily now! Thank you so much!

Since May of 2020, I have been doing this warm up daily stretch to assist through the in-door Covid time period and now, I continue to 'lean into' this stretch for continued well-being. While 14 days straight challenge for some reason I attempted as 14 days straight, I have been doing this now for @ 730 days and I will continue for another 730 days. My job involves sitting at my desk for up to 12 hours a day so when I have 10 minutes to spare, I can always squeeze in this routine as well as some of the other short videos you have. I'm in my 50s and your videos really do make be feel fabulous. Thank you.
Do you have a similar relaxed stretch routine that is longer? I find myself doing this throughout the day as a stress and anxiety reliever. The music is so soothing and it doesn't intimidate me the way yoga does. I only wish it was longer. I just close my eyes and go. I definitely feel more centered afterwards. Thanks for this one!
I’m 54 and haven’t worked out in years. Menopausal &stress weight gain this year has me looking & feeling miserable. I’ve found it very difficult to start a workout routine due to being overweight and horrible joint pain. I LOVED finding you this morning! Just stretching and regaining flexibility for a few minutes this morning made me feel accomplished! This is something I can do everyday and eventually get into a deeper workout. A win, no matter how seemingly small, makes a huge difference!

I know you created this as a morning stretch, but I find it to be incredibly relaxing and stress relieving before getting ready to go to sleep. The tension of the day just releases away from the body, and I find I’m in a positive state of mind, which is a good place to be in before sleep. 🌌 😌

good morning, dear lady. i absolutely love your outlook on life and your positive videos that help us ladies well over 50 (now 60) to stay healthier and more positive. i have just one thing i wanted to share: while i do your stretching video, i keep pausing it. to receive the benefits of a stretch for your body, you have to hold the stretch to really stretch the muscles for at least 20 seconds. i know the videos would be twice as long, but it would be great to stretch and hold along with you, i don't feel the stretch in my muscles long term if i do them as quickly as on the video. thank you for everything you do! i would be thrilled to see a good stretch video while we hold the stretches. i would love to do that each morning with your calm voice at the helm!

I like doing this stretch routine at .75 speed. I get really good stretches and I feel more graceful and peaceful doing it just a tad bit slower.
I recently returned from teaching Conversational English in the middle schools in a small town in Sicily. I modified this wonderful five minute stretch to start each new class. The students loved it and it was a great way to engage them in learning English. I used simple words - up,down, right, left.

Fabulous forties here but after several weeks following your videos I wanted to say thanks. I started to get conscious about how unfit I was, mostly because of joint paint, neck strain, bad posture, and well now killing those bat wings with your workouts... I make music and I was kind of becoming too conscious when filming the music videos, You're just charing and radiant. As you soy, the older I get, the stronger I get, now I want to reach my fifties if you're an example of how I can be if I start working out now. :) Loving that there are many shorts and gentle workouts for those days when I am not at my best. Incredible. I was tense and tight having taken my cat to emergency vets late at night where he s being kept in. I dud your usuak 30min walking routine which I love 😍 and thought is give this a go after. I could feel rverythibeading as I went along, smoother, calmer, softer. The problem is still there but my head and shoulders are in the right place. So glad I discovered you by accident six months ago in Lockdown you have helped me change my life. Thank you xx
