    HELLO, I am a 74 year old man. I just did this vid. I am over weight, on heart meds and diabetic. The doc says if I lose the weight I will lose the diabetes. Along with that the heart will be in better shape. I know this is a womans work out but it made me sweat. I had some problems with a couple balance things but if I try again and again I may get it. Thanks for the sweats. I feel my stomach muscles saying what are you doing to me. lol

Please you, be inspired too: I've been doing these fabulous50s in here for more than a year, and I can't overstate the difference these have made in my life, "just" doing my best at first-- Don't get me wrong, I still do my best now, but it is all kinds of new "bests"! I didn't allow myself to be all hung up on how couldn't keep up, or that I knew it wouldn't all happen at once. Stick with it! Best wishes from Sherrie in New York

    I am a 66 year old, who had always stayed active by outdoor walking/hiking and gardening. Then, I had a bad fall in my neighborhood (broken arm, teeth, glasses, many stitches) in late 2020 and was too anxious to walk outside anymore. Exactly 6 months ago - 1/3/22 - I was searching in CZcams for an indoor walking routine and found this workout. I loved it immediately. Just perfect for me. I have done it every day since then, along with several others (knee pain, arm strengthening, stretching). It is like a miracle for me. I have lost almost 20 pounds with no change to my eating habits (already ate fairly healthily) and feel better than I have in years. Most importantly, it has given me my confidence back.     **you are great I'm 57 and my mom is 83 and we do this every morning. I must admit that the first time I did this I only got to 10 mins my mom made 20 but the more we did it the longer we got. I had a stroke in 2015 so my balance is off somewhat, but i have done the video all the way through and feel wonderful, so does my mom. I'm so glad we have found this video. You are so wonderful

      Hi Diane I’m a stroke survivor too i had mine 2017 age 47 leaving me blind unable to speak and left side was left paralysed my leg vision speech came back still waiting on my arm ... I’m so glad we have found this wonderful lady ... keep going 😘🤗💜💜xx

      @@dianebrazil6907 that’s good I have all feelings back in my leg and arm and Botox to control the pain in both but my arm just won’t work iv tried for 3 years still nothing but I’m I can go fast with my leg but thankful to of survived it and am living a wonderful life I went back to the boxing gym and worked on my legs doing lots of kicks this has helped me regain my balance there’s videos on here showing my progress from kicking and holding on to free standing kick ppl each side incase I fell I hope you make a full recovery well done to ur mum completely 20 mins that amazing love and hugs to u both 😘🤗❤️👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻xx

    I turned 50 this year and realized I was having trouble keeping up with my old exercise routines. I typed "exercises for women over 50" and fabulous 50's exercises came up. This video and the rest of them have helped me immensely. I am back on track with exercise and I could not have done this without these videos.     51 here male...got back from doctor's and at 240...doctor says I need to excercise. Found your channel...now into it for my 3rd day. Thank you for being low impact for this beginner and yet challenging and you have my attention how you speak in the background. *wiping sweat off ❤ Mahalo

    Hi Schellea, I love this indoor walking workout! I've been doing it twice daily since I discovered it two years ago. I don't know what I'd do without you. The routines (especially this one!) are easy to follow and to keep up with. Dont ever change this one, please. I always look for this one.

    I suffer from depression and find it very hard to motivate myself physically. I leaped out of bed to do this. I promised myself if I leaped I could go back to bed. Now I don't want to. Thank you so much Schelea for all your help x

    I started my weight loss Journey AGAIN, at the end of November. This is the 4th time in my 70 years that I’ve done this. I’ve lost weight using various ‘diets’. When I gained weight after each previous time, I’ve gained back plus more. The last time, I vowed I would never ‘diet’ again. My breakdown points previously were unrealistic eating habits that were not sustainable over the long haul AND I don’t like ‘walking for exercise’ well, to be honest, exercise at all. Things that get me moving are playing with children and walking for my photography interest. Schellea, you have taught, motivated, inspired me to believe that I can maintain my weight loss. I thank you!

    Good morning from NYC, I did the exercise yesterday morning Thursday 8th, I felt really good it also gave me the energy to come out today Friday 9th to do my walking exercise that I do mostly everyday thank you for thinking about us women 50+ which I'm 60 will be 61 September 13th

    Schellea, I have been doing your workout every day for 5 months. I live in Georgia, in the Caucasus. I work as a tourist guide. We have one beautiful destination, Cave City, where we climb rocks. I used to have a hard time getting up there. I couldn't breathe anymore, I could hardly drag my legs. After doing your exercises, I am no longer afraid to walk, nor to climb hills, nor to get tired.     I have to thank you because I feel so well full of energy and happy. I had a heart valve repair 10 years ago I don’t feel tired I really feel well having lost one size dress

    I am 61 yrs old, I have a weak left leg due to Multiple Sclerosis & last year a right knee replacement. So decided to try your 10 min HIIT instead of my usual yoga practice. It was hard work but after 10 days I'd mastered it so now just done this 30 minute indoor walking workout. I love it! Feeling energised & positive. Thank you Schellea 🏃‍♀💕

    I have been trying other workout channels but to be honest, this is the best among all for the over 50's.keep it up, we are benefiting every day. Im from size 46 down to dize 38 since from 2022.

    Greetings Schellea, I truly appreciate your workouts. I’m 70 years and have always treasured the importance exercise. Once the pandemic started I researched the internet for ways to replace the diverse exercises the gym had provided, and you’re site was the answer. Not only do you provide perfect visuals for each exercise, your verbal descriptions are clear, motivating and so precise....all while being energizing....even when I don’t feel like exercising. I was about commenting when I got captivated by your comment and I couldn't just pass by without writing you … I can tell you for a fact that; regular exercises improves cognitive function, including memory. It improves your mental health. Far from just having physical benefits, taking the time to exercise can significantly improve your overall wellbeing too, can also help those with mild depression.     I am 63 with a lot of health problems. This is an amazing work out for me and I can now do it all everyday. I cannot get on the floor or squat with my knees how other work outs require you too. I am very overweight and slowly I feel it doing good and my heart rate is returning to normal quicker. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you literally are a life saver. Its fun too.

      Bravo to you Bev! I’m also 63 with different health issues than you, nothing life threatening but since my fibromyalgia in 2015 and cancer in 2016, my otherwise quite good fitness level has taken a dive. Its tricky to exercise with fibro, its easy to overdue it and then you have muscle pain for days. Long term affects of chemo are shortness of breath. So you need to achieve a fine balance of some cardio challenge without overstraining muscles. You know, this seems to do the job. So far so good--makes me sweat but not hurt!! And is fun!! I. Am. Thrilled.

    Hello from Bali, i had my 72 nd birthday last week, and just completed 15 minutes of this routine first effort. I’m sure I’ll be up to 30 minutes by next week. (I had just completed the Arms with no weights)
    The PERFECT walking routine! The 30 seconds switches relieve boredom I usually find in exercise routines.. Happily retiring my repetitious exercise bike .
    The other thing I love about your routines…I can do them easily while traveling, no equipment , no worries about finding a location or the weather…ie no EXCUSES!

    Great Videos! I'm 40 but I had an unexpected pregnancy at 37 that took a toll on my body (pregnancy issues and also laziness!) and then .. the pandemic hit. I became even more inactive but started baking more. Not a good mix! I love your videos.. your fun piercingly makes me want to get up and get moving. I start with the squating video, then 15 days to toned arms, your 30 min standing workout and lastly a stretch. It's fun, my 2 year old loves to get involved with me and I feel amazing afterwards.

    I’m 62 and woefully out of shape. Started my diet in June and I’m losing! But I needed to add exercise. I stumbled onto your videos. Started with the 10 min standing ab workout. It was tough to get started but I’m doing it for 2 weeks now and totally enjoying it. Today, I discovered the 30 min workout. So I thought I’d try that too. Boy it kicked my butt, BUT somehow I actually made it through the entire 30 minutes. Than you so much for inspiring me to do this for myself. I feel great!

    You are absolutely a true angel in the sky… I just retired I’m 55 years old and I was kind of sitting around… now with corona I canceled my membership for the gym. I came across your channel oh my god what a blessing. Plus you have a timer which is great your aura is beautiful and I will definitely follow you. I so look forward to all your exercises. You have a fan here in Brooklyn New York. It’s hard when you can’t get together with other people this time but do you make it so fun. Is that strenuous and is excellent to keep up with you.     Great 30 minutes Cardio videos Schellea. I've made myself playlists, so I do a 30 mins Cardio, followed by 10 mins toning and finish with a stretch. Brilliant! I've been working out with you for a year now and can really feel and see the difference, I'm not a fabulous 50 though I'm a stupendous sixty seven!

    You uploaded this video 2 years ago but I found it tonight. I'm just starting back into exercise. I'm 54 so went my own pace. Thought I should stop after 15minutes gor my first go of this but uou really motivated me to keep going. I had s giggle when you said. " I bet you are smiling now" because I actually did smile at that time as I were enjoying myself so much to finally get off my bum. Thank you for being so sweet and getting me moving. I will keep going. A other video I watched tonight said Snack less & keep moving. I know I should be doing this but I will try a little harder to get off the sugar, white bread & to many cards. I want to eat cleaner & be healthier, loose weight and tone up so I will keep coming back to you for inspiration and ideas and genuinely committed to staying on track.

    I'm 56 from the UK and have c.o.p.d I thought I never would be able to do this . But I have done nearly all your workouts and I'm feeling so good. My breathing has improved so much. I do 2 workputs a day. So thank you so much I just love it 💗

    I decided to add walking to my yoga workouts and gave this one a try, so happy I did. I felt great after and more than ready for a yoga practice. Keeping myself strong is a must for me having Lupus and R A etc.

    My husband and I are in our 60's. We discovered your videos are are now religious followers. We really love your positive motivation! We are also fans of BOTH timers; one for current exercise and one for overall minutes remaining in workout. It helps you hang in there seeing the seconds tick down. Also, we appreciate when you have a split screen to show the next upcoming exercise. This way we are able to start immediately rather than waiting for a demonstration and then starting as it feels like seconds and reps are lost. Overall we are pleased with the variety of times and different exercises and of course your words of encouragement and your bright smile! :)

    Rough week. I live with anxiety and it was bad this week. Add in menopausal symptoms and took a break for a few days. Did this one this morning and feeling great and motivated again. I'm trying to learn to be easier on myself and stay focused. You're very inspiring, and weirdly, you feel like a friend:) Thanks for tailoring these to women over 50s. Your messages resonate!!

    Into my 2nd year of these walks 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 4377 steps today!! I have space to jog the 30 seconds walk. Love these videos. This is better than any anti-depressants and to be taken once daily 😊🤗🤗🤗

    Thank you for these great workouts. I do a 30mins walk, followed by a 10 mins tone and then a stretching video every weekday morning. I'm 67 and have been doing these for a year and am so much fitter as a result. Thanks again, you are brilliant!

    After Fabulous 50s exercises for a year and a half with you, keto diet and no sugar I feel good at 47 ponds lighter and better strength. You are fabulous because you make it fun with lots of encouragement. This is my favorite one with fast and mainly insrumental music.

    I've done various fabulous 50s workouts over the last several months for 30 mins a day and the results are paying of, I also use a calorie counting app and managed to drop a dress size and now maintain a healthy weight and size.thankyou

    I’m 66, and used to stretch but have gotten less flexible in recent times. Well, I’ve been doing your workouts for just over a month, every single day, as you advise, and been seeing so many exciting changes!!-better balance, more endurance, better posture, no more pulled back muscles, can really hold my core in, and just general better fitness and mood- now I can’t wait to get up and start the morning exercising with you - I love your gentle approach and encouragement, and your suggestions and advice to be patient and thankful for what we can do… it makes it feel so easy and enjoyable, as does the music you use!! You’ve inspired me a lot and made me realise it’s absolutely possible to reverse the downhill trends our bodies can start to take, with a little persistence and exercise - with your videos!     I’m definitely not over 50, but this workout was still so much fun for me! I ran during the walking parts, and it got my heart rate up and got me super sweaty!💪🏼

      Low impact workouts keep you in shape just as much as Medium to High impact workouts do, if the exercises are done correctly then they'll be just as effective, consistency is important as well doing at least three workouts a week,f I can be of help as well

    I am73, overweight,diabetic, and on blood pressure medication. Was very uncoordinated doing these but I was able to do 15 minutes. Definitely going to try again tomorrow. Love the timer idea and the music.

      Don’t worry about being uncoordinated! That’s just something you can practice as time goes on. You can try a selection of my walking workouts, and you’ll find your brain starts to pick up the moves very easily. I congratulate you on taking your health into your own hands. 💪💃
