After March 28, 1973, it may be awarded as a result of an international terrorist attack against the United States or a foreign nation friendly to the United States, recognized as such an attack by the Secretary of the Army, or jointly by the Secretaries of the separate armed services concerned if persons from more than one service are wounded in the attack. Also, it may be awarded as a result of military operations while serving outside the territory of the United States as part of a peacekeeping force.[15]
The Purple Heart differs from most other decorations in that an individual is not "recommended" for the decoration; rather he or she is entitled to it upon meeting specific criteria. Mr. Trump did correct that he blocked this Fake BILL for "COVID" relief. This BILL is to supply the foreigners Oligarchs and State GOV with their salaries that they would not shut down. Nothing for the working class, or for small businesses , or for evicted Americans. If offered BILL will not be signed by Mr. Trump , then the eviction moratorium will expire on January 01, 2021, and there is the chance that suffering Americans will get $2000. There will be a few mistakes in every election. If the man who used his monther's had used his own ballot he'll likely be prosecuted. So far, proven cases are mainly Trump, but there are bound to be dems caught as well. The important thing is there is no evidence of widespread fraud - it's the normal minute proportion. During a recount of ballots in Georgia they found just over 2,500 ballots that were previously uncounted. When these ballots were counted the result was 1,643 for Trump and 865 for Biden. Also in Wisconsin they discovered nearly 400 ballots that were previously uncounted.
