    5:32 Key takeaways
In this video, we’re going to talk about how to deal with cellulite on your hips and thighs.
People spend so much time in gyms but without any results. Why? The reason is that it is not fat. It is either due to a lack of lymph circulation in the body or muscle atrophy.
When your body is low in potassium, your lymph drainage system becomes blocked. This causes lymph to build up in areas and cause cellulite.
The daily recommended amount of potassium is 4700 mg. That’s a lot of potassium. Keep in mind that a banana only has about 300 mg of potassium. You would have to have 12 bananas every day to meet this daily value. The truth is, most people aren’t getting enough potassium.
The best source of potassium is actually not bananas-it’s vegetables. Consuming 7-10 cups of low-carb vegetables a day is ideal for healthy potassium levels. In turn, this will help you get rid of the excess lymph that causes cellulite.
If you have a hard time eating vegetables, drink them! You can bland vegetables into a smoothy and consume them.
The other cause of cellulite-especially after menopause-is adrenal fatigue. When you are stressed out, your adrenals can release too much cortisol. In turn, this causes the muscles underneath your skin to atrophy.
Start by reducing stress and increasing your potassium and see if that doesn’t help with your cellulite.

4700mg of potassium needed per day = 12 bananas. Or blender, beet tops, blue berry and water,.. increase potassium in your diet to help drain the water,. Cut out sodium,. Or it’s Atrophy which is shrinkage of muscle.
Strengthen your adrenal glands. 🙏 thank you for sharing this information! 🥰🌏🔆🌱

I'm glad you read old books. My grandfather was a doctor from the 1920s thru 1960s. You mention a lot of information that was known years ago, but today is not taught.
When I was a teen, I went to Norway as an exchange student for about 4 months. My host family really only ate fish from the sea nearby (Salmon, shrimp, sardines, herring) and berries such as cherries and blueberries. My host mother made homemade bread every night for the next morning served with brown tart goat cheese and homemade jam she made. That was about all we ate, yet is was satisfying. I lost all my cellulite on my legs and my skin became smooth, golden and glowing like. It was the first thing people noticed when I came back to the states.

This man is correct about the cellulites not being fats but a lymphatic disorder. That is why dry brushing is very helpful in eliminating cellulites. It activates your lymphatic drainage. After just a month of dry brushing in the morning before shower everyday you will see big difference. By dry brushing everyday cellulite slowly fading away. Just make sure you moisturiser every after shower.

Dr. Berg, I just discovered your page a week ago. I love you soooo much for this one especially! You just helped me solve my problem! It's my adrenals. I'm 43 years old, one of my ovaries was removed when I was just 18. I've been fit all my life, but began gaining unexplained weight a couple of years ago, then suddenly a yr ago I developed cellulite, as well as muscle loss! I can go on... but I'll spare you and stop now. Thank you so much!

I know for the first time ever, at just turned age 56, that my adrenals have been out of whack probably close to most of my life! When I was in beautiful shape, till about age 40, I noticed that if I clenched a certain part of my body, I saw cellulite, but only when I clenched- and that was in my 20's! I had no weight gain until around age 40 - so I really am starting to understand now, and am on my way to fixing this! Thank you Dr. Berg!!!
